Memphis at a glance
We work with financial services, healthcare and other regulated firms across the Memphis metro, remotely from Dallas and with senior consultants only. The projects cover Salesforce, HubSpot and AI, and we already work with companies in the metro.
The Memphis economy
Memphis is a logistics economy first. Transportation and warehousing accounts for at least 10.4% of metro GDP, wholesale trade for at least 10.3% and manufacturing for 9.8%. The Greater Memphis Chamber notes that Memphis International Airport is home to the global FedEx hub and that Memphis is one of only four U.S. cities served by five Class I railroads, with the Mississippi River adding a water route.
Finance and insurance is smaller, at 4.7% or more of GDP, but the metro has real depth there. First Horizon is headquartered in Memphis with $84.1 billion in assets as of March 2026, and EDGE Memphis lists AutoZone, FedEx, International Paper and Sedgwick Claims Management Services among the city's corporate names. Healthcare is anchored by Regional One Health and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The metro reaches into northern Mississippi and eastern Arkansas, so many firms serve customers, staff and regulators in three states.
Figures cover the Memphis, TN-MS-AR metro area as the Census Bureau defines it.

Salesforce, HubSpot and AI in Memphis
Salesforce
Memphis shippers, brokers and distributors typically work from an ERP or transport system plus spreadsheets. Salesforce can add the account, contract and case view on top, connected through APIs or MuleSoft. Banks, claims administrators and advisory firms in the metro use Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud for client and case records.
Salesforce in MemphisHubSpot
Mid-sized distributors, regional retailers and professional practices in Memphis use HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub for lead capture, quoting follow-up and lifecycle email. A standard implementation runs 4-8 weeks. Logistics start-ups use it to get a pipeline and reporting in place before deciding whether to move to Salesforce.
HubSpot in MemphisAI
Logistics and claims work generate documents and tickets, which suits Claude for contract, claim and case summaries and Agentforce for routine status and service questions, with a person reviewing anything customer-facing. OpenAI and Breeze AI support content and sales workflows. AI only pays off on clean data and tight permissions, so we check both first.

Common CRM challenges in Memphis
Customer records across systems
Shippers and distributors appear under several names across ERP, transport and billing tools. De-duplication and account hierarchies come first.
Three-state footprint
The metro reaches into Mississippi and Arkansas. Territories, licensing and tax fields have to work across all three states.
Service volume
High-volume freight and claims queues need routing and clear service levels, so cases do not stall between teams.

Memphis questions, answered
We are a freight broker in Memphis with an ERP and a lot of spreadsheets. Where do we start?
Start with the customer and shipper record. We map accounts, contacts, lanes and contract terms from your ERP and spreadsheets, clean up duplicates, and then build the Salesforce pipeline and case process on top. The ERP stays the system of record and connects through APIs or middleware. We confirm feasibility for each system in discovery. A typical implementation runs 10-16 weeks, depending on the number of systems and data quality. We also check how each exception and status event is recorded.
Can Agentforce answer shipment status questions?
For routine questions, yes, once your status data is accurate and reachable. Agentforce can read from knowledge articles and connected systems, answer within set permissions and hand off to a person when a case is unusual. We recommend a human reviews early conversations and any customer-facing change. If tracking data is inconsistent, we fix that first, since an agent only repeats what the data says.
Do you work with Memphis-area banks and claims firms, not just logistics?
Yes. We work with banks, insurers, claims administrators and advisory firms. For lenders we connect Salesforce with loan origination systems such as Encompass or MeridianLink, and for claims and service teams we use Service Cloud with clear audit trails. The regulated-industry basics are the same: clean data, tight permissions and a record of who did what. We scope each by team, so a bank does not pay for a freight workflow.
