Frequently asked questions

How do I choose between Foundation, Growth and Enterprise?

By team size and the number of processes. Foundation is one team and one process done well. Growth adds teams, automation and an integration or AI agent. Enterprise is multi-business-unit, compliance-heavy and quoted after discovery. If you are between tiers, start lower; the next tier's scope is listed so you can add exactly what you need.

Can we combine packages?

Yes. Buying a second Braze package in the same statement of work takes 10% off the second and later packages, and every package can be followed by a block of hours, retainer or managed service.

What does “from” mean on a price?

The published price buys the scope listed on the package page. If discovery shows you need more processes, more data or an integration, we quote the difference in writing before any work starts.

Not sure which tier fits?

Book a 45-minute expert review. It is complimentary, with a senior consultant, and ends with a written recommendation.
