Ongoing support

Support, retainers and managed services

Blocks of hours, monthly retainers and managed services for Salesforce, HubSpot and MuleSoft. Published prices, senior consultants, no 24/7 promises we cannot keep.

Compare the three models

  1. Block of hours

Pre-paid hours, valid 12 months, used as you need them. Best for occasional fixes, small enhancements and questions. Business-hours response within one business day.

  2. Retainer

A set number of senior hours each month at a lower effective rate, with a monthly 30-minute review. 6-month minimum. Best for a steady stream of admin and enhancement work.

  3. Managed services

We run the platform: monitoring, releases, user admin, a quarterly roadmap and a named lead. 12-month term. Best when you do not want to hire an in-house admin.

Frequently asked questions

Which model costs least per hour?

The rate falls as the commitment grows. At the Salesforce rate, blocks run $190 to $250 an hour, retainers $180 to $200 and managed services $190 to $195. At the HubSpot rate, blocks run $165 to $200, retainers $150 to $165 and managed services $150 to $160. Managed services is not the cheapest per hour: it costs more each month because it adds an account lead, monitoring, release reviews, monthly health checks and a quarterly roadmap.

Can we start with a block and move to a retainer?

Yes. Unused block hours are credited to your first retainer month at the block rate.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No. We offer business-hours support with same-day work on P1 outages. If you need round-the-clock coverage we will say so and help you find it.

Need help sizing a retainer?

A senior consultant will look at your backlog and tell you honestly which model fits.
