Atlanta at a glance
We work with companies across the Atlanta metro, from payment and fintech firms to distributors and professional services. Our senior-only team builds Salesforce and HubSpot systems and adds AI where the data is clean enough to support it.
The Atlanta economy
Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell spans 29 counties and grew almost 6 percent between 2020 and 2025 to about 6.5 million residents. Professional services, finance and insurance, information and wholesale trade lead its output. The metro includes Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties along with 25 others.
Payments is the local specialty. The Metro Atlanta Chamber says 6 of the 10 largest payment processing firms are Georgia-based and counts 245 fintech companies in the region. Its fintech page lists Visa, Fiserv, Equifax and Global Payments among the names with a presence here, and notes that Atlanta was the first metro to start a fintech academy. Georgia Tech feeds the engineering side. Buyers in Atlanta tend to be either payment-adjacent technology companies or the banks, distributors and service firms that sell alongside them.
Figures cover the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell, GA metro area as the Census Bureau defines it.

Salesforce, HubSpot and AI in Atlanta
Salesforce
Atlanta's fintech and payments companies sell to banks and merchants through long, multi-stakeholder cycles, which is where Sales Cloud and Service Cloud earn their keep. We connect Salesforce to Okta, Twilio, NICE CXone, Genesys and Snowflake with Fivetran, and use MuleSoft when core systems need a proper integration layer. Typical Salesforce implementations run 10-16 weeks.
Salesforce in AtlantaHubSpot
Growth-stage software, services and distribution companies in Atlanta often want one platform for marketing, sales and service without a long build. We implement HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, then connect billing and finance through QuickBooks or Zapier. HubSpot implementations typically run 4-8 weeks, or 6-10 for complex data.
HubSpot in AtlantaAI
In a metro built around payments and data, AI is most useful on the work around the transactions: reconciling support cases, summarizing contracts and preparing account teams. Claude and OpenAI models can draft summaries and research briefs, Agentforce can deflect routine service requests and Breeze AI can assist HubSpot teams. A human reviews every customer-facing output, and AI performs well only on clean data and tight permissions.

Common CRM challenges in Atlanta
Sales and service data split across tools
Payment and software companies often run support, billing and CRM separately. We unify them so account teams see the same customer.
Partner and channel complexity
Selling through banks, ISOs or resellers means tracking who owns each account. We model partner relationships and portals directly in the CRM.
Scaling past a startup CRM
Companies that grew fast often outgrew their first setup. We clean the data and redesign the process before migrating.

Atlanta questions, answered
We process payments. Should the CRM sit next to our core systems?
Usually the CRM holds the commercial relationship and the core platform holds transactions. We connect the two through APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft so sales, support and finance see the same account without copying sensitive data around. We scope what must sync, how often and who can see it, then build to that. Nothing in the CRM needs to touch cardholder data if the design is right.
How do we choose between Salesforce and HubSpot for a growing Atlanta software company?
Choose HubSpot when marketing and sales are the priority, the team is under a few hundred people and you want to be live in 4-8 weeks. Choose Salesforce when you have complex pricing, partner channels, multiple business units or heavy reporting needs. Many companies run both with a defined sync. We compare them against your own process before recommending either. Either way, the choice is not permanent.
What does a first AI project look like?
Usually small and measurable: summarizing support cases, drafting renewal briefs or preparing sellers for calls. We start with an AI readiness assessment covering data quality, access and policy, then pilot one use with a human reviewing each output. If the data is not ready, we fix that first, because AI on messy records produces confident wrong answers. We document the result so you can decide whether to extend it.
