Short answer

Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce partner for financial services and other regulated industries, with 700+ engagements for 175+ clients since 2018. Fixed-scope packages start at $10,000 for Sales Cloud Foundation (3 to 4 weeks) and $22,000 for Financial Services Cloud Foundation (4 to 6 weeks). Programs with several clouds, integrations or data sources are quoted after discovery.

Salesforce products we implement

Each product has its own page with what we build, a typical first scope and pricing.

We also build Experience Cloud portals, Agentforce IT Service and data integration with Informatica.

How a Salesforce project runs

  1. Discovery. Stakeholder interviews, a review of your org and connected systems, then written requirements, an architecture and a project plan.
  2. Design and configuration. Data model, security and permissions first, then configuration, using our accelerators where they save time.
  3. Integration and migration. Connections to core and third-party systems, and data migration with at least two trial loads in a sandbox and a reconciliation report before cutover.
  4. Testing and training. User acceptance and compliance testing, recorded admin and end-user training, and written guides.
  5. Launch and support. Thirty days of hypercare come with every Launch package. After that, monitoring, health checks and enhancements under a support plan if you want one.

Vantage Accelerators for Salesforce

Components we built and maintain, installed in your org by our team.

AcceleratorWhat it does
RecordIQClaude, GPT, Gemini and other models answer from a Salesforce record and its related data, with your own keys, configured prompts and a full audit log. No Agentforce or Einstein license needed.
Field SetShows any field set as a branded card with one to five columns. Change the fields in configuration, with no deployment.
Dynamic FormsRecord-type-aware form sections defined in custom metadata, with inline editing and search-as-you-type lookups.
Advanced Data TableRelated lists with spreadsheet-style filters, sorting, inline edit and CSV export, configured from a field set.

Not sure where Agentforce fits yet? The Agentforce Discovery and POC is complimentary: three short sessions and a working proof of concept in about two weeks.

Salesforce and Claude

As a member of the Claude Partner Network, we pair Salesforce with Anthropic's Claude, from the model behind each Agentforce agent to secure Claude-to-Salesforce connections. See Claude consulting and Claudeforce.

Questions buyers ask us

How do you run a Salesforce architecture review or technical debt assessment?

We start with a read-only Salesforce Org Assessment: configuration, security, automation, data quality and technical debt, with an Agentforce readiness score and a prioritized roadmap. It's a fixed $5,000 over 2 to 3 weeks, and the fee is credited against a Launch package signed within 60 days. For a stalled or failed build, an Implementation Rescue starts with a 2-week root-cause diagnosis and a recovery plan priced as fixed sprints.

How do you migrate data into Salesforce without losing or corrupting it?

Migrations are gated. You sign off the field-level mapping before we build. We run at least two full-volume trial loads in a sandbox with a reconciliation report on record counts, source-to-target checks, owners and exceptions. You approve the cutover runbook, including the rollback plan, before anything touches production.

Which systems do you integrate with Salesforce?

Common ones in our client work include Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac, Addepar, Pershing and Fidelity Wealthscape for wealth management, Applied Epic for insurance, Encompass, Blend and MeridianLink for lending, and DocuSign, Snowflake and RingCentral across industries. We use native connectors where they cover the need and MuleSoft or APIs where they don't. See the integration directory.

How do you make sure people actually use Salesforce after go-live?

Adoption is planned from discovery. We design around how your teams work today, train admins and end users (recorded, so new hires can use it) and agree adoption measures before launch. Ongoing support then covers the fixes and small changes that keep users from drifting back to spreadsheets.

How do you handle compliance and security in a regulated firm?

Access, data visibility and audit trails are designed in from the start: permission sets and sharing rules mapped to roles, field-level security for sensitive data, and field history and audit reporting for examiners. We configure the controls ourselves and work to the frameworks that apply to you, such as FINRA, SEC, GLBA, SOC 2 and state privacy laws.

What are the biggest risks in a Salesforce implementation, and how do you reduce them?

The usual ones are unclear scope, poor source data, over-customization and low adoption. We reduce them with fixed-scope packages that publish what is and is not included, written sign-off at each stage, a data review before migration, configuration before custom code, and the same senior consultants from discovery to launch.

What does a Salesforce implementation cost and how long does it take?

Published packages run from $10,000 (Sales Cloud Foundation, 3 to 4 weeks) and $22,000 (Sales Cloud Growth, 6 to 8 weeks, or Financial Services Cloud Foundation, 4 to 6 weeks) to $48,000 for Financial Services Cloud Growth (8 to 12 weeks). Cost rises with the number of clouds, integrations, data sources and users, so multi-cloud programs are quoted after discovery.

Should we hire a boutique partner like Vantage Point or a large firm?

A large firm makes sense for global, multi-year programs that need a big bench across many countries. A boutique fits when you want senior people doing the work: with us, the consultants you meet are the ones who deliver, prices are published and the focus is regulated industries. The trade-off is a smaller bench, so ask any partner, us included, who will be on your project and what happens if someone is out.

What support do you offer after go-live?

Managed services and retainers with published prices. Managed services include business-hours monitoring, monthly health checks, release readiness and an account lead, with a 2-business-hour response target on critical issues. See managed services.
