Before and after: two financial firm websites rebuilt on HubSpot Content Hub

Bailard, a wealth and asset manager founded in 1969, and Hamilton Point Investments, a real estate private equity firm, both ran on WordPress. We rebuilt both sites on HubSpot Content Hub. Compare the old and new homepages below.

2 firms690+ pages builtWordPress to HubSpot Content Hub

Short answer

Both firms moved from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub. Content now lives in structured HubSpot tables, so one change to a team member, a property or a disclosure updates every page that shows it. The Bailard homepage on a phone dropped from 2.2 MB to 0.27 MB, and Hamilton Point went from a 22-page site to 226 pages, including a page for each property in its portfolio.

What we built

  • A cleaner design built around three audiences: individuals and families, institutions and advisors, and values-driven investors.
  • Insights articles, team profiles and capability pages migrated from WordPress.
  • A team directory driven by one HubDB table, so a new title or photo updates every page that shows that person.
  • Disclosures, Form CRS, privacy notices and the security notice managed as their own pages, so compliance updates take minutes.
  • Site search, a subscribe flow and contact forms that feed HubSpot directly.

What we built

  • Separate sections for investors and for the financial professionals who work with them.
  • A portfolio section with a page for every property, generated from one HubDB table with photos, location and property type. Adding an acquisition is one new row.
  • Team bios generated from a single directory, so titles stay consistent across the site.
  • A review build with an in-page feedback button and guided tours for each reviewing group, so the firm's sales, acquisitions and compliance teams could sign off without a pile of emails.

What a Content Hub rebuild changes for a regulated firm

  • Your team edits the site. Pages, articles and profiles are edited in HubSpot by marketing, without a developer or a plugin update.
  • Structured content. People, properties, funds and disclosures live in HubDB tables. One edit updates every page that uses it.
  • Review before publish. Drafts and preview links fit the way compliance already reviews marketing.
  • One system with your CRM. Forms, subscriptions and page visits land on the contact record in HubSpot, and can be passed on to Salesforce.
  • Faster pages. HubSpot hosts the site on its CDN with SSL included, with no hosting, caching or security plugins to maintain.

We start with a free website assessment: what you have today, what should move, and what a Content Hub site would cost and take. Book a free website assessment.

How we measured: one homepage test per site on November 6, 2026 with headless Chrome, counting total data transferred, the number of files loaded and cumulative layout shift. The new sites were measured on their HubSpot preview addresses before launch, and screenshots were taken the same day. Results vary by network and device.
