SMS Program Terms
The terms for text messages from Vantage Point.

These terms apply to the Vantage Point text messaging program (the "program"), run by Cockrum Consulting, LLC, doing business as Vantage Point, 5473 Blair Rd, Ste 100 PMB 985504, Dallas, TX 75231-4227, USA. You can sign up using the form at the bottom of this page.
Program name and what it's for
Program name: Vantage Point Client Messages
Vantage Point sends text messages to clients, prospects and the people who work with us on projects. Messages cover meeting scheduling, confirmations and reminders, project and support updates, and replies to questions you've sent us. If you opt in to marketing texts, we also send occasional messages about our services, webinars, events and offers. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you opt in
You join the program by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box on the sign-up form below (also at vantagepoint.io/sms-opt-in), or by texting START to +1 (469) 499-3400. There are separate boxes for customer care texts and marketing texts. The boxes are never pre-checked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Customer care messages depend on your meetings and projects. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month.

Text HELP to +1 (469) 499-3400 at any time for help. You can also email help@vantagepoint.io or call +1 (469) 499-3400, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central.
How to opt out
Text STOP to +1 (469) 499-3400 at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT, or email help@vantagepoint.io and ask us to remove you. To rejoin, text START.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
The program is available on major US carriers. You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to run this program. We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
