Short answer
We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for this website. This is a goal, not a statement that the site meets it today. If something on the site is hard to use, book a call and tell us.
Our goal
We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for this website. This is a goal, not a statement that the site meets it today. We haven't had the site formally evaluated against WCAG, and some parts of it likely fall short.
What we do
- Write page content with headings, lists and descriptive link text so pages are easier to scan and to read with assistive technology.
- Add alternative text to images that carry meaning.
- Keep a "Skip to content" link at the top of pages.
- Review pages for accessibility problems as part of ongoing site updates, and fix the ones we find.
Known limitations
We know about some issues and are working through them. They include:
- Some pages have heading levels that jump (for example, from a main section heading to a much smaller one).
- The site search field in the header does not yet have a visible or programmatic label.
- Some text and button colors may not have enough contrast against their backgrounds.
- A few links in older blog posts have no readable text.
- Some links open in a new tab without saying so.
- Third-party content, such as embedded scheduling and forms, is provided by other vendors and may not meet the same standard.
This list isn't complete. If you find a barrier that isn't here, please tell us.
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please book a call with us and tell us what happened.
Helpful details to include: the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We'll review each report and reply with what we can do and when.
Updates
We'll review this statement as the site changes.
