Short answer

Vantage Point is a senior-led HubSpot Solutions Partner for financial services and other regulated industries, with 700+ engagements for 175+ clients since 2018 on HubSpot, Salesforce and other platforms. Fixed-scope packages start at $7,500 for Sales, Service or Marketing Hub Foundation (3 to 4 weeks), and Growth packages run from $14,500 to $16,500 (6 to 8 weeks). Multi-brand, custom-object and enterprise programs are quoted after discovery.

HubSpot products we implement

Each product has its own page with what we configure and who it is for.

We also connect HubSpot to Salesforce and Braze, and move teams to HubSpot from Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Zendesk and other systems. If you are not sure HubSpot is the right platform, read Salesforce vs. HubSpot for 2026 list prices, AI agents and a five-question decision framework.

How a HubSpot project runs

  1. Discovery. A kickoff workshop of up to two hours, a review of your portal or current systems, then a written design summary and a project plan with dates. You approve the design before we build.
  2. Design and configuration. Properties, pipelines, permissions and consent settings first, built in a sandbox or test portal where HubSpot provides one, then moved to production.
  3. Data and integrations. Records imported from your current CRM or files, and the integrations named in your scope connected. The Salesforce to HubSpot migration package adds object and owner mapping, a trial load and a reconciliation report.
  4. Testing and training. Our own testing, one supported user acceptance cycle and one round of fixes, then recorded admin and user training with a guide for each audience.
  5. Launch and support. Thirty days of hypercare come with every package: defects in delivered scope are fixed at no charge. After that you can buy a block of hours, a retainer or managed services.

Built for regulated firms

We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them. This is what that looks like in HubSpot.

HubSpot, Breeze AI and Claude

Breeze Assistant and the agents in Agent Hub work on your CRM data, so clean data comes first. Our Breeze Agents Launch pilots one agent, tunes it at 7 and 30 days and hands you a HubSpot Credits forecast and a governance note (quoted, 2 to 3 weeks). As a member of the Claude Partner Network, we also connect Claude to HubSpot through HubSpot's remote MCP server. See Breeze AI, Claude consulting and our SI and AI services.

Questions buyers ask us

What does a HubSpot implementation cost and how long does it take?

Published packages start at $7,500 for Sales Hub, Service Hub or Marketing Hub Foundation (3 to 4 weeks). Growth packages cost $14,500 for Sales Hub or Service Hub and $16,500 for Marketing Hub (6 to 8 weeks). The Customer Platform bundle covers Sales, Marketing and Service together from $18,000 (6 to 8 weeks) at Foundation or from $36,000 (10 to 14 weeks) at Growth, which is $4,500 and $9,500 less than buying the three separately. Enterprise programs are quoted after discovery. HubSpot licenses are billed by HubSpot, not by us.

What does HubSpot itself cost, apart from your fees?

HubSpot bills its own licenses and onboarding separately from our packages, and its prices change. On HubSpot's published list prices (checked October 8, 2026), Sales Hub Professional is $90 per seat per month billed annually with a $1,500 onboarding fee, and Enterprise is $150 per seat with $3,500 onboarding. Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month billed annually with $3,000 onboarding, and Enterprise is $3,600 a month with $7,000 onboarding. HubSpot Credits beyond the monthly allowance are billed separately. We confirm current prices for your account before scoping.

Should we choose HubSpot or Salesforce?

It depends on how many records, objects and integrations you need, who will administer the system and what your compliance team has to report. We implement both, so our recommendation follows your requirements. The free CRM assessment gives you one in writing. Our Salesforce vs. HubSpot guide covers 2026 list prices, AI agents and a five-question decision framework.

How does the HubSpot and Salesforce integration work, and what are its limits?

HubSpot's native Salesforce integration is available on Professional and Enterprise plans and connects one Salesforce org to one HubSpot account. Custom object sync is an Enterprise feature. Contacts and leads match on email, companies match on a field you map such as domain, and deals are not deduplicated by default. If the sync passes HubSpot's API limit it is suspended, and it usually resumes by itself as the 24-hour window frees capacity. We set the field mappings, sync direction and duplicate rules before the first record syncs. See the HubSpot and Salesforce integration page.

Can you move us to HubSpot from Salesforce, Pardot or another system?

Yes. The Salesforce to HubSpot Migration is quoted for 3 to 6 weeks: object, property, owner and pipeline mapping, up to 100,000 records, a trial load and a reconciliation report. The Account Engagement to Marketing Hub Switch is $9,500 fixed over 5 to 6 weeks: up to 25,000 prospects with every opt-out loaded before the first send, two Engagement Studio programs rebuilt and a parallel run before Pardot is switched off. We also publish migration guides for Zendesk, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Zoho, Pipedrive and other systems.

How do you handle compliance and security in a regulated firm?

We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them. In HubSpot that means subscription types and consent settings before the first marketing send, permission sets and field-level permissions with a sandbox and release process in Enterprise builds, and an approval workflow for regulated content in Marketing Hub Enterprise builds. We work to the frameworks that apply to you, such as FINRA, SEC, GLBA, SOC 2 and state privacy laws. See CRM compliance and security.

What do HubSpot's AI agents cost to run, and how do you set them up?

HubSpot charges for agent work in HubSpot Credits. Professional includes 3,000 credits a month and Enterprise includes 5,000. A Customer Agent resolution uses 50 credits and a Prospecting Agent recommended lead uses 100. Extra credits cost $10 per 1,000 a month (HubSpot's published rates, October 2026). Our Breeze Agents Launch is quoted for 2 to 3 weeks: one agent from Agent Hub piloted with a defined user group, tuned at 7 and 30 days, with a HubSpot Credits forecast and a governance note.

Can Claude work with HubSpot?

Yes. HubSpot's remote MCP server has been generally available since April 13, 2026, and lets an assistant such as Claude read and create or update core CRM records. As a member of the Claude Partner Network, we set up the connection with the access limits and review steps a regulated firm needs. See Claude consulting and our SI and AI services.

What support do you offer after go-live?

Thirty days of hypercare come with every package: defects in delivered scope are fixed at no charge. After that you can buy a block of hours (10 hours for $2,000, valid 12 months), a retainer (10 hours a month for $1,650, 6-month minimum) or managed services from $4,800 a month (12-month term), which include business-hours monitoring, monthly health checks, release readiness and an account lead, with a 2-business-hour response target on critical issues. Retainer and managed services hours reset each month and do not roll over. See managed services.

Should we hire a boutique HubSpot partner like Vantage Point or a large agency?

A large agency makes sense for global, multi-brand programs that need a deep bench across many countries. A boutique fits when you want senior people doing the work: with us, the consultants you meet are the ones who deliver, prices are published and the focus is regulated industries. The trade-off is a smaller bench, so ask any partner, us included, who will be on your project and what happens if someone is out.
