Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to move from Pardot to HubSpot?
The Account Engagement to Marketing Hub Switch is $9,500 fixed for up to 3 marketers and 25,000 prospects. It covers Marketing Hub setup, the migration of your core assets and 2 programs, the Salesforce connector and training. HubSpot licenses are separate.
Do we have to cancel Pardot before we start?
No. Many firms carry Pardot and HubSpot together while a contract runs out. We move what you use every day first, run both in parallel, and you switch Account Engagement off when you are ready. Anything left can move later from a block of hours.
How much training is included?
Three recorded sessions by role (admin, marketer, and an advisor or sales view), a written guide for each, and two office-hour calls in the 30 days after go-live. We plan the training in the first week so setup does not crowd it out.
