AI Agent Development

One production agent at a time, on the platform that fits the job: Agentforce, Breeze, the Claude Agent SDK or the OpenAI API, with guardrails, a test set and someone accountable for it after launch.

Quote-based per agent 4 to 8 weeks per agent AgentforceClaudeOpenAIBreeze

Short answer

An AI agent takes a defined job, such as answering a service question or preparing a renewal, and completes it with a set of approved actions. We build agents on Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, the Claude API and Agent SDK, or the OpenAI API, each with guardrails, escalation to a person, a 30-case test set, monitoring and a runbook.

The platform choice matters less than the scope. Agents that work in production do one job, call a short list of actions, know when to hand off to a person and get tested against real cases before and after every change.

We are model-neutral. Agentforce suits agents inside Salesforce channels. Breeze suits HubSpot service and marketing. The Claude Agent SDK and the OpenAI API suit agents that work across systems or outside the CRM. Through Claudeforce, Agentforce agents can also run on Claude where your org supports it.

What you get

  • One agent with up to 3 topics or jobs and up to 6 actions
  • Grounding on up to 2 knowledge sources you already have
  • Guardrails, refusal rules and escalation to a person
  • A 30-case test set with pass criteria, run before launch and after changes
  • Monitoring dashboard, runbook and one training

How it comes together

  1. Define the job. Inputs, allowed actions, hand-off rules and what "done" means.
  2. Pick the platform. Based on where the work happens and how it will be supported.
  3. Build in a sandbox. Actions first, then instructions, then grounding.
  4. Test. 30 scripted cases, including the awkward ones, scored against pass criteria.
  5. Launch and watch. Monitor conversations and escalations; widen scope only on evidence.

Is this the right call?

Good fit when

  • High-volume, well-defined requests such as status questions, scheduling or document intake
  • Internal agents that assemble information from several systems
  • Teams with an owner who can review agent conversations weekly

Think twice when

  • Judgment-heavy advice to clients; keep a person in the loop
  • Processes that change every week; stabilize the process first

Mistakes we help you avoid

Too many jobs in one agent

Every extra topic multiplies the test cases. Start with one job.

No owner after go-live

Agents drift as data and models change. Name an owner and a review cadence before launch.

Questions we get

Agentforce or a custom Claude agent?

Agentforce when the agent lives inside Salesforce channels and should use Salesforce topics, actions and trust controls. A custom agent on the Claude API when it works across several systems or outside the CRM. Agentforce can also use Claude as its model where supported.

How long does an agent take to build?

Four to eight weeks for one agent, depending on the actions and data sources it needs.

What does an agent cost to run?

Platform usage is billed by the vendor: Agentforce and Breeze consumption or API tokens. We estimate usage from your volumes before build. Our fee is quoted per agent.

Can you start with a free proof of concept?

For Agentforce and Breeze, yes. Our complimentary Discovery and POC accelerators scope one agent and prove it on your data before you commit.
