AI for Advisor and Sales Productivity

Meeting briefs from CRM history, follow-ups drafted for review, notes logged back to the record. Give advisors, bankers and sellers back the hours they spend on prep and admin.

Short answer

AI productivity workflows use Claude or ChatGPT, connected to your CRM, to prepare meeting briefs, draft follow-ups and log notes back to the right record, with a person reviewing anything that goes to a client. We build them from tested templates, train each team on its own work, and measure time saved and adoption weekly.

Advisors and sellers in regulated firms lose hours every week to work around the client: reading the file before a meeting, writing the recap, updating the CRM. That work is where AI earns its keep first, because the inputs already sit in Salesforce or HubSpot and the output is a draft a person checks.

We build a small set of workflows well rather than a long list of prompts. Each one has a defined input, a defined output, a review step and a place in the CRM where the result lands.

What you get

  • Three production workflows from Vantage Point templates, tuned to your data
  • Prompt library and skills or projects for each team
  • Approval gates and audit trail on anything client-facing
  • Role-based training with each team's own examples
  • Baseline and weekly reporting on adoption and time saved during launch

How it comes together

  1. Baseline. Time a week of prep, follow-up and logging for a pilot group.
  2. Connect. Claude or ChatGPT to the CRM with least-privilege access.
  3. Build three workflows. Tested against real records with an evaluation set.
  4. Train and launch. Pilot group first, then the wider team.
  5. Measure. Weekly adoption and time-saved report; add the next workflow from the data.

Is this the right call?

Good fit when

  • Wealth, banking, insurance and lending teams with heavy meeting loads
  • Sales teams whose CRM notes are thin because logging takes too long
  • Managers who want pipeline reviews based on what is in the record

Think twice when

  • Advisors aren't in the CRM at all yet; start with adoption and CRM packages
  • You want fully automated client messages with no review; we won't build that for regulated communications

Mistakes we help you avoid

Measuring logins

Count briefs prepared, follow-ups sent and notes logged, not seats activated.

Skipping the review step to save time

The review is fast when the draft is good. It is also your supervision record.

In practice

An insurance and payroll brokerage runs our RecordIQ accelerator in production on Salesforce Case records, where AI drafts suggested replies that service reps review and send.

Questions we get

Which AI tools work for financial advisors?

Claude and ChatGPT business plans both work when connected to the CRM with controls. Salesforce firms can also use the Salesforce in Claude skills and Agentforce. We pick based on where advisors already work and what your compliance team will approve.

Can AI write client emails for advisors?

It can draft them. A person reviews and sends, and retail communications go through the approval your firm requires. The draft, the edits and the approval are kept.

How much time does it save?

It depends on the workflow and the team, so we measure it. We baseline before launch and report time saved per workflow weekly during the Jumpstart.

Does it work with meeting transcripts?

Yes. If you already record meetings with an approved tool, the transcript can feed the follow-up and notes workflows. We check consent and retention rules first.
