The best Salesforce managed services provider for a financial firm depends on size and scope. Mid-sized wealth managers, banks, credit unions and insurers that want senior administrators, written change control and published monthly pricing are a fit for specialist firms such as Vantage Point or Zennify. Enterprises running large multi-cloud programs usually look at Silverline (now part of Mphasis), Coastal or a global integrator such as Deloitte.
Disclosure: Vantage Point is one of the firms compared below, and this is our own list. We've kept every claim about other providers to what they publish themselves, linked our sources, and included a "not the right fit if" note for ourselves as well as everyone else. Check details with each provider before you sign anything.
How we compared Salesforce managed services providers
Generic rankings of Salesforce managed services lean on partner tier, certification counts and AppExchange ratings. Those matter, but a financial firm's Salesforce org also has to survive an exam, a custodian or core change, and three Salesforce releases a year. We looked for public evidence on six criteria:
- Financial services focus. Does the provider name wealth, banking, credit unions, lending or insurance as practice areas, and does it work in Financial Services Cloud (FSC)?
- Change control evidence. Can the provider show who requested, tested and approved each change? Examiners and auditors ask for this, and a ticket queue alone rarely answers it.
- Integration knowledge. Custodian feeds (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), core banking (Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS) and policy administration systems break in ways a generalist admin may not recognize.
- Service provider oversight. The SEC's amended Regulation S-P requires covered firms to oversee service providers and requires those providers to report qualifying incidents within 72 hours. Banks have the 2023 interagency guidance on third-party risk. Your CRM support partner sits inside both.
- Release and AI agent management. Who reviews each Salesforce release against your org, and who monitors the AI agents you've put into production?
- Pricing transparency. Is there a published price, or only "contact us"?

Vantage Point
What it is. Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce and HubSpot consulting firm founded in 2018, headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. It's employee-owned and works mainly with financial services and other regulated firms. It has completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients, whose combined client assets come to more than $1.8 trillion, and it holds a 4.7/5 AppExchange rating from 19 reviews. Today 79 clients are on managed services or retainers. Vantage Point is a Salesforce partner, a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner, and a member of the Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI partner networks.
What's included. Every managed tier includes a named account lead, a P1 response target of 2 business hours with P1 issues worked the same day, a monthly health check, release readiness for each of Salesforce's three releases a year, a quarterly roadmap and governance review, user administration, documentation and monitoring of the AI agents we built. Change control is written down: every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, approved by your named approver (compliance or infosec when customer data or permissions are involved), then deployed and recorded. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.
Financial services depth. Our wealth management work covers FSC with custodian integrations (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) and planning and portfolio tools. Our banking work covers Fiserv, Jack Henry and FIS cores. One anonymized example from our banking page: a $2B community bank serving the Dakotas went "from 50,000+ data errors down to 120" through senior-led data cleanup, integration fixes and ongoing managed services.
Best for: wealth managers, RIAs, community banks, credit unions and insurers that want senior people on the account, a paper trail examiners can follow, and a price they can budget before the first call.
Not the right fit if: you need 24/7 follow-the-sun coverage (support runs in US Central or Eastern European business hours), you want the lowest-cost offshore admin hours, or you're a global enterprise that needs a large SI's bench across many countries.
Silverline (part of Mphasis)
What it is. Silverline is a New York-based Salesforce partner that Mphasis agreed to acquire in October 2023. At the time of the deal, Mphasis described Silverline as having over 400 specialists and serving financial services and healthcare, among other industries. Its financial services page lists banking and lending, insurance, wealth and asset management, investment banking, private equity and real estate, with Financial Services Cloud named as a solution.
Managed services model. Silverline's managed services page describes a scalable team that can grow or shrink with demand, covering strategic planning, technical debt cleanup, backlog refinement, integration monitoring, data and backup policy work, a Center of Excellence with KPIs, quarterly business reviews and a crawl, walk, run DevOps maturity model.
Best for: larger financial institutions that want governance built around a Center of Excellence and the backing of a global IT services group.
Watch-outs: the managed services page doesn't publish pricing, coverage hours or a specific compliance framework, so ask for sample change records and a named team before signing.
Zennify
What it is. Zennify calls itself "the data, AI, and customer experience consultants for financial services." It lists banking and lending, credit unions, wealth management and insurance as its industries, and it works across Salesforce, MuleSoft, nCino and Databricks.
Managed services model. Zennify publishes three managed services offerings. Responsive Admin covers post-go-live tickets, technical debt, reports, training, admin configuration and org health documentation. Expert in the Room provides senior advisory for roadmaps, governance and AI readiness. Program Services covers longer multi-stream delivery. Delivery can be onshore, nearshore or offshore.
Pricing. The Responsive Admin offering shows "6 months minimum | From $32,000." The page doesn't say whether that figure is monthly or for the term, so confirm it directly.
Best for: banks, credit unions and lenders that also run nCino or MuleSoft and want a financial services specialist with a delivery mix across time zones.
Watch-outs: compliance and change control practices aren't described on the managed services page; ask how changes are approved and evidenced.
Coastal
What it is. Coastal (also known as Coastal Cloud) is a large Salesforce, data and AI consultancy. Its June 2025 announcement of an AI managed service cited more than 1,700 customers and a 5/5 AppExchange rating from 450+ reviews. Its financial services page covers banking, credit unions, lending, insurance, wealth management, capital markets and equipment finance, and it shows an FSC "Expert" badge.
Managed services model. Coastal says it provides ongoing managed services after implementation, from strategic guidance to hands-on technical support. Its "Waves for AI" offering adds AI governance (oversight of agent behavior and actions), DataOps and embedded specialists for Agentforce programs.
Best for: firms running Agentforce, Data Cloud or Snowflake programs that want a large bench and AI operations support from one partner.
Watch-outs: pricing isn't published, and the financial services page speaks to compliance in general terms (KYC/AML workflows, FINRA, regulatory reporting), so ask how release and change evidence is produced for your examiners.
VALiNTRY360
What it is. VALiNTRY360 is a US-based Salesforce consulting partner in Winter Park, Florida. Its own materials lead with healthcare and life sciences and list financial services among its industries. Its site reports a 4.85/5 AppExchange rating and more than 100 certifications.
Managed services model. It offers managed services and support described as "ongoing optimization, monitoring, and proactive fixes," with shared, dedicated and hybrid coverage options, plus a separate health check service.
Best for: mid-sized firms that want a US-based team and flexible coverage models, particularly if healthcare is also part of the business.
Watch-outs: financial services is one of several listed industries, so ask for FSC and integration references in your segment.
Deloitte
What it is. Deloitte's Salesforce Operate services package application managed services, staff augmentation, its "Foundry" operating model and fully integrated end-to-end services. The page describes flexible OpEx and CapEx commercial models and includes an investment management client story.
Best for: global banks, insurers and asset managers with multi-country Salesforce programs that already buy from a large integrator.
Watch-outs: this model is built for enterprise scope. A firm that needs 30 to 50 hours of senior admin work a month may find the structure heavier than the workload.
Questions to ask any Salesforce managed services provider
Use these in your RFP or first call. Good answers come with documents attached.
- Can you show a redacted change record with the requester, risk rating, sandbox test evidence, approver and deployment date?
- Who on our side approves changes that touch customer data, sharing rules or permission sets?
- How will you meet our Regulation S-P service provider requirements, including the 72-hour incident notice? For banks: what will you provide for our third-party risk review?
- Who has access to our production org, from which countries, and how is that access reviewed?
- Have you supported FSC household and financial account models, and our custodian, core or policy system integration?
- What happens before each Salesforce release? Do we get a written impact review?
- Who monitors our AI agents in production, and what gets logged?
- What is the P1 response target, which hours are covered, and what does after-hours work cost?
- Who is our named lead, and what's the backup when that person is out?
- Is pricing published, what does overage cost, and does it need our approval first?
What do Salesforce managed services cost compared with a full-time admin?
A full-time Salesforce administrator in the US averages $90,724 in base salary according to Indeed (October 2026) and $81,537 according to PayScale (March 2026). Benefits, payroll taxes, recruiting, training and coverage for vacations sit on top of that. One admin also brings one skill set, so integration, FSC data model or Apex work often still goes to a consultant.
As one published data point, Vantage Point's managed services are billed monthly on a 12-month term, with licences not included:
| Tier | Senior hours a month | Salesforce or multi-platform | HubSpot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | 30 | $5,850/mo | $4,800/mo |
| Professional | 50 | $9,500/mo | $7,750/mo |
| Enterprise | 80+ | Quote-based | $12,000/mo |
Overage is $225 an hour for Salesforce and $175 an hour for HubSpot, approved in advance. Essentials works out to $70,200 a year for Salesforce, which is below the average admin salary before benefits, and it comes with a named lead, release reviews and change control. Smaller workloads can use monthly retainers of 10, 20 or 30 hours or prepaid blocks of hours valid for 12 months.
A full-time hire still makes sense when you need someone on site every day or your backlog is well beyond 80 hours a month. Many firms run both: an internal admin for daily requests and a managed services partner for releases, integrations and governance. Frequently asked questions
What are Salesforce managed services?
Salesforce managed services are ongoing administration, maintenance and improvement of your Salesforce org by an outside team for a recurring fee. Scope usually covers user administration, configuration changes, release reviews, health checks and a roadmap. Our explainer, What are Salesforce managed services?, covers the service types in more detail.
Which CRM managed services are best for ongoing Salesforce administration support?
For mid-sized financial firms, specialists with financial services practices and written change control, such as Vantage Point or Zennify, tend to fit best. Larger institutions running multi-cloud or Agentforce programs often choose Silverline (Mphasis), Coastal or a global integrator like Deloitte. Match the choice to your regulator's expectations and your monthly workload.
How much do Salesforce managed services cost?
Published prices are rare. Vantage Point's Salesforce managed services start at $5,850 a month for 30 senior hours on a 12-month term, and Zennify lists a starting figure of $32,000 with a 6-month minimum for its Responsive Admin offering. Most other providers quote after a discovery call.
What should a financial firm require from a Salesforce support partner?
Ask for written change control with your own approver, access controls you can review, support for Regulation S-P service provider oversight, and experience with FSC and your custodian, core or policy system. Also confirm who reviews each Salesforce release and who monitors AI agents in production.
Do Salesforce managed services include 24/7 support?
It depends on the provider. Some large providers offer round-the-clock coverage. Vantage Point supports clients in US Central or Eastern European business hours, with a 2-business-hour P1 response target and P1 issues worked the same day, and it doesn't offer 24/7 support.
Can a managed services provider work alongside our internal Salesforce admin?
Yes. A common setup has the internal admin handle daily user requests while the provider covers releases, integrations, data quality and governance. Agree in writing on who approves and deploys changes so there's one change record.
