Short answer

Vantage Point runs Salesforce and HubSpot for banks and wealth management firms on a monthly managed services plan that covers administration, release management, data hygiene and change control your compliance team can review. Plans start at $5,850 a month for Salesforce and $4,800 a month for HubSpot, with a named senior account lead and a 2-business-hour response target for P1 issues.

Every plan has a published price and scope, and the consultants who answer your tickets are the same senior people who build Salesforce and HubSpot for regulated firms.

What we do every month

WorkWhat it coversCadence
AdministrationUsers, profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing, page layouts, reports and dashboards, joiner and leaver requestsAs requested, within your monthly hours
Release managementEach Salesforce release (three a year) and each HubSpot product change reviewed against your org, tested in a sandbox where you have one, with a short release note for your teamEvery release
Data hygieneMonthly health check of security settings, data quality, platform limits, automation errors and licence use, with a short written report and recommended fixesMonthly
Change controlEvery change logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, approved by the person you name, then deployedEvery change
Roadmap and governanceQuarterly review of what changed, what's next and what your examiners or auditors may ask aboutQuarterly
DocumentationConfiguration notes, integrations and admin procedures kept currentOngoing
AI agent monitoringMonitoring and tuning of AI agents we built for you, re-tested when models or permissions changeMonthly and on change

Fixes that come out of a health check use your monthly hours. Larger work, such as a new cloud, a migration or a new integration, is scoped separately so it doesn't eat your support time.

Change control your compliance team can follow

Banks and wealth firms answer to examiners, so a CRM change needs a trail. We run every request through the same steps.

  1. Request. Logged with the requester, the reason and the records or users it touches.
  2. Risk rating. Low, medium or high, based on data access, client-facing impact and automation scope. High-risk changes get a written impact note.
  3. Build and test. Done in a sandbox or test environment, never straight in production.
  4. Approval. The approver you name signs off before anything is deployed. For changes that touch customer data, permissions or client communications, that's usually someone in compliance or information security.
  5. Deploy and record. Deployed in a planned window, with the change recorded so you can show who asked, who approved and what changed.

We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them. That split is written into every package. The same change records help when an examiner or auditor asks how CRM changes are controlled. For the controls themselves, see compliance and security solutions.

These are the published targets on every support agreement. Support runs in business hours in US Central or Eastern European time, depending on your region.

Community bank serving farm and business clients (Midwest). Account Engagement and Salesforce Shield for field audit, then ongoing professional services under a retainer.

Managed services questions

What do managed services for a bank's Salesforce org include?

Vantage Point's managed services cover user and security administration, release readiness for each Salesforce release, a monthly health check of security, platform limits, data quality, automation errors and licence use, documented change control with your named approver, and a quarterly roadmap and governance review. Plans include 30, 50 or 80+ senior hours a month and start at $5,850 a month for Salesforce.

How fast do you respond to a critical issue?

Managed services clients get a 2-business-hour response target for P1 issues, which are worked the same day. Retainer and block-of-hours clients get a business-hours response within one business day. Support runs in US Central or Eastern European business hours, and we don't offer 24/7 coverage.

How do you handle change control for regulated firms?

Every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, and approved by the person your firm names before it's deployed. Changes that touch customer data, permissions or client communications usually go to compliance or information security for approval. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.

Do you support HubSpot as well as Salesforce?

Yes. HubSpot managed services start at $4,800 a month for 30 senior hours, and we also support firms that run Salesforce and HubSpot together. Multi-platform plans are priced at the Salesforce rate.

Can you take over from another partner or a departing admin?

Yes. Onboarding starts with a review of your org and a knowledge transfer from your current admin or partner, usually over two to four weeks before the first monthly cycle starts.

What does managed services cost compared with hiring an admin?

Salesforce plans are $5,850 or $9,500 a month, with Enterprise quoted after a scoping call. HubSpot plans run from $4,800 to $12,000 a month. There's no recruiting cost, and a backup consultant who knows your org covers holidays and departures. A plan also gives you senior specialists for integrations, data and security, which one full-time admin rarely covers alone.

Do you monitor AI agents and Agentforce?

Yes, for agents we built. Every managed services tier includes monitoring and tuning of AI agents we delivered, re-tested when a model, prompt or permission changes. Agents built by others start with a short review before we take them on.
