For UK wealth managers implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), the partners with public FSC and wealth evidence are Futureform, Ignyto, ArchCloud, Cooper Parry Digital and Deloitte, with Vantage Point as an option from outside the UK. Futureform and Ignyto publish the most wealth and FSC detail. None of the five UK firms names a ready-made connector for a UK investment platform on its website, so make platform and custodian integration the first thing you test in every pitch.

Disclosure: Vantage Point wrote this list and is one of the firms compared. Every claim about another firm comes from that firm's own website or its Salesforce AppExchange listing as checked on October 13, 2026. Where a firm doesn't publish something, we say so.

A naming note: Salesforce's UK site now markets the product as Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud) for advisors. Most partners and buyers still say FSC, and we do too.

What should a UK wealth manager expect from an FSC partner?

FSC gives a wealth firm a household view, financial accounts, goals and life events, and referral management out of the box. Salesforce's UK wealth page also describes connecting the CRM to custodial and wealthtech platforms. A partner's job is to configure all of that around your advice process and your FCA obligations, and to hand your compliance team the evidence they need.

Four parts of the FCA rulebook shape that work.

Consumer Duty. The rules came into force on 31 July 2023 for open products and services and on 31 July 2024 for closed ones. FSC is where much of the evidence lives: suitability reviews, vulnerable client flags, communications and outcome monitoring. The partner configures the fields, processes and reports. Your compliance function decides what good outcomes look like.

Record keeping. SYSC 9 requires orderly records of your business and internal organisation, with MiFID records kept for at least five years. Since January 2018 the recording rules for telephone conversations and electronic communications sit in SYSC 10A, which requires those records to be kept for five years and, where the FCA asks, up to seven. A CRM rollout has to say which system holds each of those records and how long it keeps them.

Operational resilience. The FCA's PS21/3 rules came into force on 31 March 2022, and firms had until 31 March 2025 to map and test their important business services against impact tolerances. If client onboarding or servicing runs through Salesforce, the CRM and its integrations belong in that mapping.

Outsourcing. SYSC 8 applies to common platform firms that rely on a third party for critical or important operational functions. Whether a CRM support partner falls inside that depends on your permissions and what the partner does, so ask your compliance team before you sign a managed services contract.

Data location matters too. Salesforce's Hyperforce infrastructure lets customers select regions including the UK, though Salesforce notes that some products and integrations aren't yet available on Hyperforce. Check each add-on you plan to use.

Which partners are worth a shortlist?

Futureform

Futureform's AppExchange listing gives London as its headquarters, while its own site describes the firm as remote-first. Its homepage carries a Salesforce Summit Partner badge and lists membership of Salesforce's Financial Services Partner Advisory Board. The AppExchange listing is titled "Salesforce Consulting for Financial Services Cloud (FSC)" and names asset management, wealth management, private equity and insurance as specialisms. Its wealth management page describes extending FSC to streamline onboarding, a Futureform wealth management industry template, and published wealth case studies. It talks about a view of a client's portfolio across platforms but doesn't name specific platform connectors. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: wealth firms that want an FSC specialist with a ready-made wealth template and published wealth case studies.

Ignyto

Ignyto lists offices in London, Manchester and Dublin, and its homepage describes it as a Salesforce Summit partner. Its financial services page offers Financial Services Cloud, Shield and audit-ready journeys for firms under FCA and Central Bank of Ireland supervision. It has a dedicated page on Salesforce for financial advice and wealth management, which says it compares three-year costs of FSC against Sales Cloud before recommending one, and its compliance guide says it has delivered Salesforce for wealth managers among other financial firms. Its integration page offers MuleSoft and API-based work rather than named platform connectors. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: FCA or Central Bank regulated firms in the UK and Ireland that want Shield, audit trails and a top-tier partner.

Cooper Parry Digital

Cooper Parry, the accountancy and advisory group, delivers Salesforce through Cooper Parry Digital, which describes itself as a Platinum Salesforce partner (Platinum is Salesforce's former tier name) with consultants in London and across the UK. Its Salesforce page lists Financial Services Cloud among the products it implements and mentions integration with finance, marketing and operational systems. Its published financial services case study is a banking implementation on Sales Cloud. We found no wealth-specific FSC work on its site. Pricing isn't published, though it offers a monthly managed support package.

Best for: mid-market firms that like having Salesforce delivery inside a wider accountancy and advisory relationship.

ArchCloud

ArchCloud is registered in England and Wales and describes itself as a specialist Salesforce consultancy for UK financial services with more than ten years of financial services experience. Its homepage has a wealth and asset management section built around one view of every client and household, onboarding and Consumer Duty evidence, and its services page includes FSC and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud). It calls itself a registered Salesforce partner without naming a tier, and doesn't publish office locations or pricing. Engagements start with a Salesforce assessment.

Best for: smaller UK wealth and asset managers that want a boutique, architecture-first assessment before committing to a build.

Deloitte

Deloitte's UK Salesforce alliance pages describe combining its industry experience with Financial Services Cloud through a set of accelerators called FSConnect. Its registered office is in London. The UK page doesn't describe wealth-specific FSC work or name platform integrations, and pricing isn't published.

Best for: large, multi-country wealth and banking groups running a broad transformation programme with a global systems integrator.

Vantage Point

Vantage Point is a Salesforce partner headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria, and we're also a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner. Since 2018 we've completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients whose combined assets come to more than $1.8 trillion, with a 4.7/5 AppExchange rating from 19 reviews. Our founder, David Cockrum, was COO of a wealth management firm before starting the firm.

Our wealth management work covers FSC builds, rescues and ongoing support, with delivered integrations to portfolio and custodial platforms including Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac, Addepar, Pershing and Fidelity Wealthscape. Our Sofia team works Eastern European business hours, two hours ahead of the UK, so their working day covers most of a UK morning and early afternoon. Every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production and approved by your named approver before it's deployed. Salesforce managed services start at $5,850 a month for 30 senior hours (Essentials, 12-month term, licences not included, billed in US dollars).

Not the right fit if: you need a UK-based team on site, you want a partner whose published wealth work is with UK firms and UK platforms (ours is built around US custodians and US regulation), you need 24/7 support, or you're a global enterprise looking for a large systems integrator.

What should a UK wealth manager ask before signing?

  • Which UK wealth firms have you implemented FSC for, and can we speak to one?
  • How will you bring in holdings and valuations from our platforms and custodians, and is that a built connector, a file feed or custom API work?
  • Who builds and maintains each integration after go-live, and what happens when a platform changes its file format?
  • How will FSC hold evidence for Consumer Duty outcomes, suitability reviews and vulnerable client flags?
  • Which system holds recorded calls and electronic communications under SYSC 10A, and how long does it keep them?
  • Will our org run on Hyperforce in the UK region, and are any add-ons we plan to buy not yet available there?
  • How do you test changes outside production, and who on our side approves them before release?
  • Would you be performing a critical or important function for us under SYSC 8, and how does your contract support our oversight?
  • How do you handle Salesforce's three major releases a year in our org?
  • What does ongoing support cost each month, in which currency, and with what response targets?

Frequently asked questions

Do UK wealth managers need Financial Services Cloud, or will Sales Cloud do?

It depends on how much household, account and goals data you hold in the CRM. FSC adds households, financial accounts and relationship records out of the box, while Sales Cloud needs those built. Ignyto, for one, publishes that it compares three-year costs of both before recommending either.

Which UK Salesforce partners have the most wealth management experience?

On public evidence, Futureform and Ignyto publish the most wealth-specific FSC material, followed by ArchCloud. Cooper Parry Digital and Deloitte publish FSC capability without wealth-specific detail on the pages we checked. Ask every partner for UK wealth references.

Can Salesforce FSC connect to UK investment platforms?

Salesforce describes FSC as able to connect to custodial and wealthtech platforms, but none of the UK partners above names a ready-made connector for a UK platform. Expect file feeds, middleware or custom API work, and ask who maintains it. Budget for it separately from the core build.

How long must UK wealth firms keep CRM records?

SYSC 9 requires MiFID business records to be kept for at least five years. Recorded calls and electronic communications under SYSC 10A must be kept for five years and up to seven where the FCA asks. Your compliance team sets the retention schedule, and the partner configures Salesforce to follow it.

Does Consumer Duty change how we should configure Salesforce?

It changes what you need to evidence. Firms should be able to show good outcomes across products, price and value, understanding and support, and Salesforce is often where the client interactions behind that evidence are recorded. A partner can build the fields, processes and reports, but your compliance function owns the judgements.

Can a partner outside the UK support a UK wealth firm?

Yes, if the working hours, contract and data handling fit your oversight requirements. Check support hours against the UK day, where staff who access your org are based, and whether the arrangement counts as outsourcing a critical or important function under SYSC 8.
