NetSuite integration

Oracle NetSuite SalesforceHubSpot

Short answer

A NetSuite integration connects ERP and accounting with Salesforce or HubSpot, syncing customers, products, orders, invoices and payment status so sales and finance work from the same data.

How the NetSuite integration works

NetSuite is usually the system of record for financials. The CRM owns pipeline and relationships. An integration creates the customer and sales order in NetSuite when a deal closes, and brings invoice and payment status back to the CRM. It is typically built with an iPaaS such as Workato or MuleSoft, or a packaged connector.

Frequently asked questions

Should deals create NetSuite orders automatically?

Usually yes, once the closed-won process and required fields are agreed. Automation removes re-keying and errors.

Can sales see invoice status in the CRM?

Yes. Invoice and payment status can be synced back to the account or deal.
