HubSpot Sequences

Short answer

HubSpot sequences are a series of timed one-to-one emails and tasks that a sales or service rep enrolls a contact into. Emails send from the rep's own inbox, and the sequence stops automatically when the contact replies or books a meeting.

HubSpot Sequences explained

Sequences automate follow-up without losing the personal tone of a rep's email. Each step can be an automated email, a manual email task, a call task or a LinkedIn task, with delays between steps. Reporting shows open, reply and meeting rates by step.

Sequences need a Sales or Service seat, and they are meant for individual outreach, not bulk marketing emails.

How Vantage Point helps: we build sequences with your reps and connect them to lead routing, scoring and the Breeze prospecting agent.
