CRM Managed Services

Also known as: Salesforce managed services

Short answer

CRM managed services is an ongoing arrangement where a partner takes responsibility for administering, maintaining and improving a firm's CRM, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for a monthly fee. It covers user support, configuration changes, release management, data quality and continuous enhancements.

CRM Managed Services explained

Managed services replace or supplement an in-house admin team with a group of specialists who know the platform and the firm's setup. Agreements define service levels, response times, included hours or capacity, and reporting. For regulated firms, a good provider also handles access reviews, release testing and documentation.

The model works best when the provider learns the business, not just the platform.

How Vantage Point helps: we provide senior-led CRM managed services for financial services firms on Salesforce and HubSpot.
