Banks should choose a CRM managed services provider on three things: how deeply it handles compliance controls and change approval, whether it has connected your specific core (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS or others) to your CRM before, and how it keeps bankers using the system after go-live. Start with the platform you run, because a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud bank, a HubSpot bank and a Dynamics 365 bank need different providers. The firms below each publish verifiable banking work; the right one depends on your platform, your size and how much ongoing support you want to buy.
Disclosure: This is Vantage Point's own list, and Vantage Point is one of the firms compared. We've stuck to what each provider publishes about itself. Where a firm doesn't publish something (pricing, SLAs), we say so instead of guessing.
How should banks choose a CRM managed services provider?
Our companion pieces, The Complete Guide to CRM Managed Services for Banks and What Is a Bank CRM Managed Services SLA, cover evaluation in depth. For this comparison we scored providers on three questions only:
- Compliance depth. Does the provider run a documented change process where your compliance or infosec team approves changes touching customer data, permissions and client communications? Does it understand GLBA privacy, fair lending data, BSA/AML case work and examiner requests, or only "security" in general terms?
- Core system integration. Has it integrated your core (and your loan origination, card and digital banking systems) with the CRM, and can it say which patterns it used: middleware, vendor connectors, batch or event-driven?
- User adoption support. Who trains relationship managers, branch staff and lenders after launch, who answers their tickets, and who watches usage?
A firm that's excellent at a multi-year nCino transformation may be the wrong choice for a $1.5 billion community bank that needs 30 hours a month of senior admin help. Size and platform fit matter as much as reputation.
Which CRM platform does your bank run?
Provider choice follows platform. Here's how the main options split.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The most common choice for banks that want one CRM across retail, commercial lending, treasury and service. It's also the base for nCino, the loan origination platform built on Salesforce. Most of the providers below are Salesforce partners, and the deepest banking benches (nCino accelerators, core connectors) sit here.
HubSpot. Typically chosen by community banks, credit unions, fintech lenders and digital banks that want marketing automation, deposit-growth campaigns and a simpler admin model. Core integration is possible but usually goes through a connector or middleware. The HubSpot partner pool with real banking work is smaller.
Microsoft Dynamics 365. A fit for banks standardized on Microsoft. Fiserv's Enteract CRM is built on Dynamics 365 and is aimed at financial institutions, with integration into core banking, content management and digital channels. If you run Enteract, much of your support relationship will sit with Fiserv or a Dynamics partner rather than a Salesforce firm.
Banking-specific and core-adjacent options. Core and digital banking vendors have offered CRM layers of their own. Fiserv's Enteract is the clearest current example. Q2 announced Q2 HDX in 2019 as a managed package that brought Q2 servicing data into Salesforce FSC. These products can shorten integration work, but they tie your CRM roadmap to one vendor. Ask any provider whether it has supported that specific product.

The providers, one by one
Vantage Point
Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce and HubSpot consulting firm founded in 2018, headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. It's a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and a Salesforce partner, and has completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients, with 79 managed services and retainer clients. Founder David Cockrum was COO of a wealth management firm before starting the company, and the firm is employee-owned.
Banking work, as published: A wall-to-wall Financial Services Cloud rollout for a $2.25 billion community bank across retail, mortgage, commercial lending and service, with MuleSoft integrations built alongside a concurrent core migration. The published results: 93% less manual data entry and 50% faster processing. A $2 billion community bank serving the Dakotas brought data errors down from 50,000+ to 120 through data cleanup, integration fixes and ongoing managed services. Other anonymized profiles include community banks in Nebraska, Wyoming and South Carolina and a savings and loan association in Washington.
Compliance depth: Every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, approved by the bank's named approver (compliance or infosec for anything touching customer data, permissions or client communications), then deployed and recorded. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.
Core integration: MuleSoft API-led integration, with the core as the system of record and FSC as the system of engagement. Named cores include Jack Henry, FIS and Finastra Phoenix.
Adoption and support: Managed services run on a 12-month term with a named account lead, a P1 response target of 2 hours during business hours (worked the same day), a monthly health check, release readiness for each of Salesforce's three annual releases, user admin, documentation and a quarterly roadmap and governance review. Essentials (30 senior hours a month) is $5,850 for Salesforce and $4,800 for HubSpot; Professional (50 hours) is $9,500 and $7,750. Licences aren't included.
Best for: Community and regional banks and credit unions on Salesforce FSC or HubSpot that want senior people on the account and published pricing.
Not the right fit if: You need 24/7 coverage (support runs in US Central or Eastern European business hours), you want the lowest-cost offshore admin hours, or you're a global bank looking for a large systems integrator.
Zennify
Zennify describes itself as data, AI and customer experience consultants for financial services, covering banking and lending, credit unions, wealth management and insurance. It works across Salesforce, nCino and Databricks, and acquired Terazo, a Richmond, Virginia engineering firm, in November 2024 to add AI and data engineering depth.
Core integration: Zennify lists Jack Henry SilverLake and Symitar connectors and an nCino commercial lending rollout accelerator among its accelerators, which is unusually specific.
Adoption and support: Its managed services page lists three offerings. Responsive admin covers post-go-live tickets, tech debt, reports, user training and documentation, with a six-month minimum and a listed starting price of $32,000. Expert in the Room is senior advisory with a three-month minimum. Program services is custom-priced multi-stream support. Onshore, nearshore and offshore staffing are available. No SLA terms are published.
Best for: Banks and credit unions on Salesforce and nCino that want a financial-services-only partner with packaged core connectors and data engineering.
Not the right fit if: You're on HubSpot or Dynamics, or you need published response-time commitments before signing.
Mphasis Silverline
Silverline is a Salesforce partner founded in 2009 and based in New York City, now part of Mphasis. Its financial services practice covers banking and lending, Financial Services Cloud and nCino consulting, and it publishes partner integration pages for Jack Henry, Plaid and Alloy. Named banking stories include Peoples Bank (Salesforce and nCino) and Five Star Bank (FSC).
Compliance depth: The banking page speaks to security and compliance in general terms. Silverline also publishes an FSC complaints management demo, which is relevant to banks tracking complaints for regulators.
Adoption and support: Managed services cover roadmapping, backlog management, integration monitoring, data and backup policy, Center of Excellence setup, DevOps and quarterly business reviews. No SLA or pricing is published.
Best for: Mid-size and larger banks on FSC and nCino that want a Salesforce specialist with the backing of a large IT services parent.
Not the right fit if: You want a small senior team or need pricing and SLA terms published up front.
Coastal
Coastal (formerly Coastal Cloud) is a large Salesforce, Snowflake, data and AI consultancy that says it has worked with 1,700+ organizations. Its financial services page covers banks and credit unions on Financial Services Cloud and nCino, including lending, treasury and member service.
Core integration: Coastal says it uses MuleSoft and APIs to connect Salesforce with core banking platforms.
Adoption and support: Coastal offers an nCino and FSC adoption and platform health assessment, plus user training, admin enablement, documentation and ongoing managed services. Named credit union stories include PenFed Credit Union and Purdue Federal Credit Union.
Best for: Banks and credit unions on FSC and nCino that want adoption assessments and a big Salesforce bench, including Snowflake and data work.
Not the right fit if: You want banking-specific compliance terms or support pricing published before the first call.
Deloitte
Deloitte's nCino alliance team says it supports more than 25 nCino programs at financial institutions worldwide and has more than 30 accelerators built for nCino work, across corporate and investment, commercial, small business, consumer and treasury management lending. Deloitte also frames a post-implementation service model focused on nCino optimization and user adoption.
Best for: Large and global banks running multi-year lending transformations that need a big systems integrator with regulatory consulting under the same roof.
Not the right fit if: You're a community bank looking for a small monthly support block, or you're not on nCino or Salesforce.
Mole Street
Mole Street is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner with dedicated bank and credit union pages. It reports SOC 2 compliance on its site. Its core integration work runs through Kinective, which it says gives HubSpot access to more than 97 core banking data fields, and a Keesler Federal Credit Union project bridged Jack Henry Symitar to HubSpot. Named clients include PSECU, Keesler Federal Credit Union and Tropical Financial Credit Union. It offers HubSpot managed services and consulting programs.
Best for: Credit unions and community banks committed to HubSpot that want marketing, website and CRM under one partner.
Not the right fit if: You run Salesforce or Dynamics, or you want published pricing. Its named banking-sector clients are credit unions, so banks should ask for bank references.
If you run Microsoft Dynamics 365
None of the firms above lead with Dynamics. If you're on Fiserv's Enteract, start with Fiserv's own services team and its Dynamics partners. For broader Dynamics work, SingleStone Consulting (Richmond, Virginia) lists both Salesforce and Dynamics consulting and names financial services as a core industry, though its public case studies feature insurers and a telecom rather than banks. Ask any Dynamics provider for bank references specifically.
Buyer checklist: questions to ask a banking CRM provider
Use these in the first call. Ask for documents, not answers.
- Which core platforms have you integrated with this CRM in the last three years, and can we speak to one of those banks?
- Show us your change log template. Who approves a change to permissions, data fields or customer-facing communications, and where is that approval recorded?
- How do you handle sensitive fields such as SSNs and TINs in sandboxes and test data?
- What's your P1 response target, in which hours, and what happens outside those hours?
- How do you prepare for each Salesforce release (or HubSpot product change) before it reaches production?
- Who trains relationship managers and lenders after go-live, and how do you measure adoption?
- What can you produce for an examiner or internal audit request about the CRM, and how fast?
- Who owns our documentation and integration code if we leave?
- Which named people will work on our account, and how senior are they?
- What's excluded from the monthly fee (licences, custom code, new integrations)?
Frequently asked questions
What are CRM managed services for banks?
CRM managed services for banks are ongoing support agreements where an outside firm administers, maintains and improves the bank's CRM after it's live. A typical agreement covers user admin, release readiness, small enhancements, integration monitoring and a roadmap review. For banks, the agreement should also define how changes get compliance approval.
How much do CRM managed services for banks cost?
Few providers publish prices. Vantage Point's managed services start at $5,850 a month for 30 senior Salesforce hours or $4,800 for HubSpot on a 12-month term, and Zennify lists its Responsive admin offering from $32,000 with a six-month minimum. Large integrators price by engagement, so expect a quote.
Should a bank pick a Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics provider?
Pick the provider after the platform. Banks with commercial lending, treasury and nCino needs usually land on Salesforce FSC, banks focused on deposit marketing and digital acquisition often choose HubSpot, and Microsoft-standardized banks or Fiserv Enteract users lean toward Dynamics. A provider with deep banking work on a different platform won't help you much.
How important is core banking integration experience?
It's usually the biggest risk in the project. Core vendors control API access and may charge fees, customer matching across deposit and loan products is hard, and sensitive identifiers need careful handling. Ask for the integration pattern a provider used at a bank on your core, not a generic diagram.
Do banking CRM providers offer 24/7 support?
Some large integrators offer extended coverage by contract, but many specialist firms, including Vantage Point, support in business hours with same-day work on P1 issues. If your CRM drives after-hours service, confirm coverage hours in writing before you sign.
What should a bank's compliance team review in a CRM provider contract?
Review the change approval process, data handling in non-production environments, subcontractor and offshore access, audit evidence the provider will produce, and exit terms for documentation and code. The provider configures controls; your compliance team should own the approvals.
