AI Readiness Assessment
Two weeks to find out which SI and AI use cases your CRM data can support, which platform fits each, and what compliance needs before anything goes live.
Short answer
An SI and AI readiness assessment scores your Salesforce or HubSpot data quality, permissions and compliance requirements against the AI use cases you care about, then recommends a platform and model for each one. Ours takes two weeks, costs $7,500, ends with a roadmap and a priced statement of work, and is credited against your first AI build within 60 days.
This service sits in Step 1, data and system readiness of our SI and AI deployment sequence. See all six steps.
AI projects in regulated firms rarely fail on the model. They stall on data nobody trusts, permissions nobody mapped and a compliance review that starts after the build. The assessment puts those three on the table first.
We stay model-neutral. We are partners with Anthropic, OpenAI, Salesforce and HubSpot, and the recommendation for each use case can be Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, Breeze, plain automation, or "not yet".
What we score
| Area | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Data quality | Duplicates, ownership, completeness of the fields each use case reads, stale activity |
| Permissions | Profiles, permission sets, sharing, integration users, who could reach what through an AI tool |
| Compliance | Supervision and recordkeeping duties, data classification, existing AI policy, vendor terms |
| Use cases | Up to 10 ideas scored on value and data readiness |
| Platform fit | Claude, OpenAI, Agentforce, Breeze or automation per use case, with licensing notes |
| Ownership | Who will own prompts, evaluation sets and monitoring after launch |

- Readout. A roadmap, the gaps to close first, and a priced SOW for phase one.
Is this the right call?
Good fit when
- Leadership wants an AI plan and you don't know where your data stands
- You have a list of AI ideas and need to pick the first two or three
- Compliance has asked for a written basis before approving AI tools
Think twice when
- You already know the use case and the data is clean; go straight to the AI + CRM Jumpstart
- You want a self-check first; try the free health self-assessment
Mistakes we help you avoid
Choosing the model first
Pick the work, then the data, then the platform. The model is the easiest part to change later.
Leaving compliance for the end
A late review usually means rework. We bring compliance into week one.
Questions we get
How much does an AI readiness assessment cost?
Our AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed $7,500 over two weeks, and the fee is credited against your first AI build if you start within 60 days.
Do you only recommend Claude?
No. We are a Claude Partner Network member and a member of the OpenAI Partner Network, and we implement Agentforce and Breeze. Each use case gets the platform that fits, and sometimes the answer is standard automation.
What do we get at the end?
A scored list of use cases, the data and permission gaps to close, a platform recommendation per use case, a roadmap and a priced statement of work for the first phase.
Do you need admin access?
Read-only access is enough. We review configuration, permissions and data profiles without changing anything.
