Gong integration

Gong SalesforceHubSpot

Short answer

A Gong integration logs recorded calls, transcripts and deal insights to Salesforce or HubSpot, giving sales leaders conversation data next to pipeline and forecast data.

How the Gong integration works

Gong records and analyzes sales calls and meetings, then associates them with CRM contacts, accounts and opportunities or deals. Teams use it for coaching, deal reviews and forecasting. Recording consent and retention rules matter for regulated firms.

What syncs

Frequently asked questions

Can Gong data move if we change CRMs?

Yes. Gong re-associates calls with the new CRM once it is connected, although historical activity logged in the old CRM must be migrated separately.

Does Gong replace call recording for compliance?

Not by itself. Confirm retention and supervision requirements with your compliance team.
