HubSpot Smart CRM

Short answer

HubSpot Smart CRM is the shared customer database underneath every HubSpot hub. It holds contacts, companies, deals, tickets and custom objects, with AI features that enrich records and surface insights, so marketing, sales and service work from the same data.

HubSpot Smart CRM explained

Every HubSpot hub (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue) reads and writes the same Smart CRM records. That means a deal, a support ticket and a marketing email engagement all appear on the same contact timeline. Higher editions add custom objects, advanced permissions, field-level security and sandboxes.

HubSpot calls it Smart CRM because Breeze AI is built in, offering record summaries, data enrichment and suggested next steps.

How Vantage Point helps: we design HubSpot data models, properties and pipelines, and migrate data from Salesforce and other CRMs into Smart CRM.
