HubSpot Credits

Also known as: Breeze credits

Short answer

HubSpot credits are the usage currency for HubSpot's AI and data features, such as Breeze agents, data enrichment and some workflow actions. Paid subscriptions include a monthly allowance, and each eligible action uses a set number of credits. Extra credits can be bought as an add-on.

HubSpot Credits explained

Credits let HubSpot charge for AI and data work by usage rather than by seat. Each feature has a credit rate, for example per agent conversation, per enriched record or per generated item. Included credits reset with the billing cycle, and admins can track consumption and set controls in the account's usage settings.

Because some features draw credits per record or per workflow step, a large enrollment can use far more credits than expected.

How Vantage Point helps: we estimate credit usage before you switch on Breeze features, set usage controls, and design workflows that avoid unnecessary spend.
