Action Plans (FSC)

Short answer

Action Plans are reusable task checklists in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other industry clouds. A template defines the tasks, owners and due dates for a repeatable process, such as client onboarding, an annual review or a death-of-client case, and it can be launched on a record manually or by automation.

Action Plans (FSC) explained

Each action plan template lists tasks with relative due dates and assignees, and can require tasks to be completed in order. Launching a plan on an account, opportunity or case creates the tasks automatically, and progress is visible on the record. Flows can start plans when a record reaches a certain stage.

Action plans give regulated firms consistent, auditable processes without building custom automation for every checklist.

How Vantage Point helps: we turn onboarding, review and service procedures into action plan templates and automate when they start.
