Apollo integration

Apollo.io SalesforceHubSpot

Short answer

An Apollo integration syncs prospect and company data, enrichment and sequence activity between Apollo and HubSpot or Salesforce, so outbound teams work from clean CRM records instead of separate lists.

How the Apollo integration works

Apollo combines a B2B contact database, enrichment and outbound sequencing. Connected to the CRM, it can enrich existing contacts and companies, push new prospects into the CRM and log emails and calls. Vantage Point is an Apollo partner and sets up the sync rules so Apollo data does not overwrite fields the firm already trusts.

What syncs

  • Contacts and companies
  • Enrichment fields such as title, industry and size
  • Sequence emails, calls and replies

Integration options

  • Native Apollo apps for HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Field mapping with overwrite rules
  • Scheduled enrichment of CRM records

What to plan for

  • Duplicates created by imports
  • Overwriting trusted CRM fields
  • Marketing contact counts in HubSpot

Frequently asked questions

Should we dedupe before enriching?

Yes. Clean duplicates first so enrichment credits are not wasted and records do not multiply.

Can Apollo create contacts in HubSpot automatically?

Yes, with sync rules that control which prospects are created and which fields Apollo may update.
