Short answer
Braze Currents is Braze's real-time data streaming feature. It exports message engagement and customer behaviour events, such as sends, opens, clicks and conversions, from Braze to data warehouses, cloud storage and analytics tools.
Braze Currents explained
Currents sends a continuous stream of events to destinations such as Snowflake, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure and analytics partners. Data teams use it to build complete reporting, attribution models and customer analytics outside Braze, and to feed engagement data back into a CRM or customer data platform.
Planning which events to stream and how they map to warehouse tables avoids surprises in storage cost and reporting.
How Vantage Point helps: we set up Currents as part of Braze implementations and connect engagement data back to Salesforce and Data 360.
