Short answer
Breeze is HubSpot's AI layer across its platform. It includes Breeze Assistant, an AI helper inside HubSpot; Breeze Agents, which carry out tasks such as answering customers, prospecting and creating content; and AI features embedded across the Marketing, Sales, Service and Content hubs, all grounded in your HubSpot CRM data.
Breeze (HubSpot AI) explained
Breeze Assistant (formerly ChatSpot and then Copilot) answers questions about your CRM, drafts emails and summarizes records. Breeze Agents work more independently: the customer agent resolves service questions from your knowledge base, the prospecting agent researches and drafts outreach, and others help with content, social and data work. Breeze Intelligence adds company and contact enrichment and buyer-intent signals.
Many Breeze features use HubSpot credits, so usage planning matters as adoption grows.
How Vantage Point helps: we set up Breeze agents with clean data, a reviewed knowledge base and sensible guardrails, then measure whether they are saving time.
