How long do I have to use the support hours?

All support hour packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. This ensures you have ample time to utilize the hours while maintaining the value and urgency of the promotion. We recommend planning your support needs in advance to maximize the benefit of your package.

Can I upgrade or combine packages?

Yes! If you find you need more hours, you can purchase additional packages at any time before December 31, 2025, to take advantage of the bonus hours promotion. Unused hours from multiple packages will be combined into your account balance, and the 6-month expiration period applies to each package individually from its purchase date.

What happens if I don't use all my hours within 6 months?

Any unused hours will expire after the 6-month period from purchase. We encourage proactive planning and will send you regular reminders about your remaining balance and expiration date. Our team can also help you identify valuable projects or improvements to ensure you maximize your investment.

How do the bonus hours work?

Bonus hours are automatically added to your package at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase the 40-hour Professional Package, you immediately receive 50 total hours (40 paid + 10 bonus) in your account. There's no difference between paid and bonus hours - they all work the same way and follow the same 6-month expiration policy.
