For an independent agency, brokerage or IMO that needs Salesforce connected to Applied Epic or AMS360, with producer licensing, commissions and published pricing, a senior-led specialist such as Vantage Point or Mphasis Silverline is usually the best fit. Carriers that manage agency channels at scale tend to fit Zennify or Deloitte Digital, while health insurance payers managing brokers should look at Penrod. Damco Solutions suits brokers that want insurance-specific products and round-the-clock managed services.
Disclosure: Vantage Point wrote this list and is one of the firms compared. We've kept every competitor fact to what each firm publishes about itself (sources are listed for our editors), and we've said where we're not the right fit.

What it is. A senior-led Salesforce and HubSpot consultancy founded in 2018, employee-owned, with headquarters in Dallas and a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. We've completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients, and our AppExchange rating is 4.7/5 from 19 reviews. We're a Salesforce partner and a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner.
Insurance work you can read. Our Salesforce for agencies and IMOs page lays out the data model we build: clients, policies, lines of business and renewals for agencies; agents, hierarchy levels, contracts, appointments and carrier production for IMOs. Three public case studies cover the ground most buyers ask about:
Pricing. Salesforce packages are published: Financial Services Cloud Foundation from $22,000, Growth from $48,000, Enterprise quoted. Managed services start at $5,850/mo for Salesforce with a 2-hour P1 response target during business hours.
Best for. Agencies, brokerages and IMOs with 10 to a few hundred users who want Salesforce tied to their AMS, commission and licensing data, plus senior people who stay after go-live.
Not the right fit if you're a carrier replacing core policy administration (a Guidewire or Duck Creek build), you need 24/7 support coverage, or your procurement team requires a large global SI.
What it is. Silverline is a Salesforce consultancy that Mphasis acquired; it now operates as Mphasis Silverline. Its insurance page covers P&C and life and annuity for insurers, agents and brokers, including a broker and agency CRM offer and Financial Services Cloud upgrades from Sales Cloud.
Sourced facts. Silverline's Applied Epic page says it has worked with insurance agencies and brokerages for about a decade and has built multiple Epic integrations. In September 2024 it announced a partnership with AgentSync to offer AgentSync Manage for producer licensing and appointments, and its insurance page describes AgentSync as the source of truth for producer licensing with a daily sync.
Best for. Insurers and larger brokerages that want broad Salesforce Industries depth (quoting, underwriting, claims) alongside producer compliance tooling.
Watch-outs. The Epic page doesn't publish which objects sync or a sample timeline, and pricing isn't public. Ask for a reference at an agency your size.
What it is. A financial services Salesforce consultancy that lists insurance next to banking, credit unions and wealth management. Its insurance page targets carriers and brokerages and lists an FSC RapidRollout accelerator and an Agentforce insurance assistant.
Sourced facts. A published case study describes an Agency 360 hub in Financial Services Cloud for Mutual of Enumclaw, whose relationship sales managers work with independent agencies. It reports agency meeting prep cut to minutes and a 100% rise in RSM adoption.
Best for. Carriers that sell through independent agencies and want relationship management, territory planning and analytics for their agency channel.
Watch-outs. The insurance page doesn't describe agency management system integrations or IMO hierarchy work, and it names no specific insurance regulations.
What it is. Deloitte's insurance sales and distribution practice serves producer and carrier organizations, including channel work across brokers, agencies and carriers. It publishes FSConnect for Commercial Insurance, built on Financial Services Cloud, and Agent Advantage for Salesforce, a set of AI agents aimed at P&C carriers.
Best for. Large carriers running multi-year distribution and compensation programs where Salesforce is one workstream among many.
Watch-outs. The pages we reviewed are written for carriers, not independent agencies or IMOs. Expect enterprise engagement sizes and no published pricing.
What it is. A large Salesforce consultancy. Its financial services page lists insurance as one of nine segments, covering claims, underwriting, quoting and policyholder engagement, and it uses MuleSoft to connect Salesforce to policy administration systems. The firm says it has delivered more than 8,400 projects.
Best for. Organizations that want one large Salesforce partner across several business lines, with insurance as part of a wider financial services program.
Watch-outs. Coastal doesn't publish a dedicated insurance industry page, agency management system work or producer licensing content. Ask for insurance-specific references.
What it is. A global IT services firm with offices in the US, UK, Luxembourg, India and Dubai, and its own insurance products (InsuraCRM, BrokerEdge). Its broker page covers commercial, personal and specialty lines and says it connects carrier portals and AMS/BMS platforms through APIs, connectors and ACORD standards.
Sourced facts. A published case study describes Financial Services Cloud for a P&C carrier writing through independent agents in eight states, with an agent self-service portal and state-specific PDF agreements. It reports 30% faster claims processing, 40% higher agent productivity and 24/7 managed services.
Best for. Brokers and carriers that want a packaged insurance CRM option, offshore scale and round-the-clock support.
Watch-outs. Salesforce shows up only as a third-party platform on the broker page, so confirm whether your build would be Salesforce or Damco's own product.
What it is. A Milwaukee-based Salesforce consultancy focused on healthcare and life sciences. Its health insurance CRM work covers payers, including broker relationship management on Health Cloud (broker onboarding, lead tracking, channel analytics).
Best for. Health insurance carriers that recruit and manage brokers for group and individual sales.
Watch-outs. Penrod doesn't publish P&C, life and annuity, or agency management system work, so it's a narrow fit for independent agencies and IMOs.
AgentSync isn't a consultancy. It's insurance compliance software that enforces state producer licensing and appointment requirements using NIPR data, with products for producer management, contracting and a ProducerSync API. Many agencies and IMOs pair it with Salesforce. If licensing is your main pain point, ask any partner whether they've implemented it or will build licensing tracking natively.
IMOs and FMOs have a harder data problem than single-location agencies, and most partner lists ignore it. Before you sign, check that the partner can handle these:
Financial Services Cloud now includes brokerage features such as Commissions Management, Employee Benefits Servicing and P&C servicing, which Salesforce made generally available in February 2025. They help, but they don't replace a hierarchy and carrier data design built for your downline. Our Insurance Cloud feature guide covers what's in each set.
For independent agencies and brokerages that need Salesforce tied to an agency management system, a specialist with published Applied Epic or AMS360 work is the best starting point. Vantage Point and Mphasis Silverline both publish Epic integration work. Large carriers usually fit Zennify or a global SI like Deloitte Digital better.
Sales Cloud covers most P&C agencies that track clients, policies, renewals and cross-sell. Financial Services Cloud fits agencies and IMOs working with households, financial accounts, or life and annuity products, and it includes Salesforce's insurance brokerage features. A partner should recommend one after reviewing your book and licenses, not before.
Yes. Applied Systems offers Applied Epic for Salesforce as a managed package, and partners can extend it with Flows or build API integrations through MuleSoft. The sync is configured on the Epic side, so changing synced fields usually involves Applied Systems. Epic typically stays the record for policy and financial data.
Most consultancies don't publish pricing. Vantage Point publishes Financial Services Cloud Foundation from $22,000 and Growth from $48,000, with AMS integrations quoted after discovery. Ongoing managed services start at $5,850/mo.
Either with a native data model (agents, licenses by state, carrier appointments, expiry dates and lapse alerts) or with AgentSync, which syncs licensing data from NIPR. Either way, alerts should fire before an appointment lapses, not after.
Vantage Point's Sales Cloud Foundation goes live in 3 to 4 weeks, and larger builds take 8 to 16 weeks. Multi-phase programs run longer.
Only if you're replacing carrier core systems or running a multi-country program. Most agencies, brokerages and IMOs get faster delivery and more senior attention from a specialist firm.
