The best cross-platform CRM managed service providers for financial institutions are the ones that run Salesforce and HubSpot from one support queue, own the sync between them, and put every change through written approval. Of the six firms compared here, Vantage Point, Ascend Technologies, ATAK Interactive and CETDIGIT publish ongoing support offers for both platforms plus a financial services practice, while MarCloud Consulting and SaaScend fit narrower needs. Only Vantage Point, ATAK, CETDIGIT and MarCloud publish any pricing.
Disclosure: Vantage Point wrote this list and is one of the firms compared. We've stuck to what each firm states on its own website (sources are listed with the post), and we've tried to be specific about who each firm suits, including when we aren't the right fit.
Most "best managed services" lists rank Salesforce partners on Salesforce work alone. Plenty of banks, credit unions and wealth firms run two: Salesforce (often Financial Services Cloud) as the system of record for relationships, accounts and service cases, and HubSpot for marketing, website forms, nurture email and sometimes the front end of the sales pipeline.
When those two systems are supported by two different vendors, three problems show up again and again:
A cross-platform managed service puts one team on the hook for all three. That's the lens we used for this list.
We started from a long list of Salesforce and HubSpot consultancies and kept only firms whose own websites show both of these:
That rule removed several well-known names: strong HubSpot agencies for banks and credit unions that treat Salesforce only as a system to migrate away from, and large Salesforce partners with banking practices that show no ongoing HubSpot support. Both can be good choices for a single platform.
We then judged each remaining firm on four criteria that matter in regulated financial services:
| Firm | Platforms supported | Financial services focus | Managed or ongoing offer | Published pricing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vantage Point | Salesforce (incl. Financial Services Cloud), HubSpot | Banks, credit unions, wealth and RIA, insurance, lenders | Managed services (Essentials, Professional, Enterprise), retainers, prepaid hour blocks | Essentials $5,850/month for Salesforce or multi-platform (30 senior hours); HubSpot-only Essentials $4,800/month |
| Ascend Technologies | Salesforce (incl. Financial Services Cloud, Shield), HubSpot | Financial services page names banking, wealth management and insurance | Salesforce Managed Services; HubSpot Managed Services | Not published |
| ATAK Interactive | HubSpot (Platinum, per its site), Salesforce | Financial services page names lending and banking, wealth and investment, insurance | HubSpot Managed Services; Salesforce managed services | HubSpot: "Starting at $4,000/mo". Salesforce: Not published |
| CETDIGIT | HubSpot, Salesforce (incl. Financial Services Cloud) | Financial services listed as an industry | HubSpot managed service plans; Salesforce Managed Services | HubSpot: "Basic $350 Per Month", "Includes 2 hours of Support per month". Salesforce: Not published |
| MarCloud Consulting | HubSpot (Diamond, per its site), Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement | Financial services listed among industries | Ongoing support package for HubSpot or Salesforce marketing platforms | "£2k/month support package" |
| SaaScend | Salesforce, HubSpot | Not stated | Managed services for both platforms | Not published |
Pricing cells quote each firm's own page. Compare included hours and scope before comparing totals.
Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce, HubSpot and AI consulting firm for financial services and regulated industries, founded in 2018, employee-owned, with headquarters in Dallas and a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. It's a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and a Salesforce partner, with 700+ engagements, 175+ clients and 79 managed services and retainer clients. Its clients' combined assets total more than $1.8 trillion. Founder David Cockrum was COO of a wealth management firm before starting the company.
How cross-platform support works: a named account lead covers Salesforce, HubSpot and the connector between them under one contract. Every managed tier includes a P1 response target of 2 hours during business hours (worked the same day), a monthly health check, release readiness for each Salesforce release, a quarterly roadmap and governance review, user admin, documentation and monitoring of any AI agents Vantage Point built. Every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, approved by the client's named approver (compliance or infosec when it touches customer data, permissions or client communications), then deployed and recorded. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.
Pricing: published on the managed services pricing page. On a 12-month term, billed monthly, licences not included: Essentials (30 senior hours a month) is $5,850 for Salesforce or multi-platform and $4,800 for HubSpot only. Professional (50 hours) is $9,500 Salesforce or $7,750 HubSpot. Enterprise (80+ hours) is quote-based for Salesforce and $12,000 for HubSpot. Overage is $225/hour for Salesforce and $175/hour for HubSpot, approved in advance.
Best for: banks, credit unions, RIAs, insurers and lenders running Salesforce and HubSpot together who want one accountable team and written change control.
Not the right fit if: you need 24/7 coverage (support runs in US Central or Eastern European business hours), you want the lowest-cost offshore admin hours, or you're a global enterprise that wants a large systems integrator.
Ascend Technologies lists Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services and embedded experts, and a matching set of HubSpot services across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. Its Salesforce managed service covers automation and integration, user management and configuration, and installed packages, with requests submitted as cases, a weekly queue review and a quarterly account review. Its financial services page names banking, wealth management and insurance, refers to Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leach-Bliley, and lists Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Shield. A client testimonial on its HubSpot page credits Ascend with integrating the client's HubSpot and Salesforce environments.
Best for: wealth managers and banks that want Salesforce depth (including Shield) and HubSpot support from one firm that also runs a broader IT services business.
Ask about: published pricing (none listed), named response targets, and how the weekly queue review handles HubSpot and Salesforce tickets together.
ATAK describes itself as a HubSpot Platinum partner and lists Salesforce managed services, Salesforce solutions architecture and a dedicated HubSpot and Salesforce integration service that includes maintaining the integration. Its HubSpot Managed Services plan covers account and user management, data management and reporting, technical support and training, compliance, and process documentation, run through weekly meetings and sprints. Its financial services page names lending and banking institutions, wealth management and investment firms, and insurance, and its site shows a SOC 2 Type 2 badge.
Best for: mid-sized lenders, wealth firms and insurers where HubSpot is the busier platform and Salesforce needs steady, lighter support.
Ask about: Salesforce managed service scope and pricing (only HubSpot pricing is published), and who approves changes that touch Salesforce permissions.
CETDIGIT offers HubSpot and Salesforce services, including a Salesforce Managed Services page that covers continuous optimization, Salesforce updates and user support. Its HubSpot managed plans are the most transparent on this list: four monthly tiers from "Basic $350 Per Month" with 2 included support hours up to a Platinum tier with 20 hours, each with a stated rate for extra hours and, per the page, no minimum contract term. Its Salesforce page mentions Financial Services Cloud for wealth management, client relationship management and compliance.
Best for: smaller firms that want a low-commitment HubSpot support plan and occasional Salesforce help.
Ask about: Salesforce managed pricing, how a two-hour HubSpot plan handles a broken sync, and whether change approvals are recorded.
MarCloud is a UK-registered consultancy focused on marketing automation: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot), with Sales Cloud integration and migration work. Its ongoing support package covers either HubSpot or Salesforce marketing platforms and includes weekly support calls, hands-on optimisation, Slack support with a 24-hour response target and a monthly audit. Financial services appears in its industry list.
Best for: marketing operations teams at financial firms that run Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud alongside HubSpot, or are moving between them.
Not a fit if: you need Salesforce core administration (Financial Services Cloud, permissions, service processes) under the same contract.
SaaScend lists managed services for both platforms: "Ongoing administration, enhancements, and release management" for Salesforce and "Continuous operation and tuning" of HubSpot across hubs, plus RevOps and workflow management. Its site doesn't name financial services as a focus or publish pricing.
Best for: revenue operations teams that want both platforms run by one firm and can bring their own compliance process.
Ask about: experience with regulated data, change approval records, and links to core or custodial systems.
HubSpot's own documentation puts sync problems in one place: the Sync Health tab of the Salesforce connector, which groups errors into associations, custom code, duplicates, permissions, picklists, property mappings and property values, and shows the last 24 hours of Salesforce API calls. Most of those error types are caused by a change made on one side without checking the other.
A good managed provider names an owner for that tab, reviews it on a schedule, and treats a sync failure that stops referrals or service cases from reaching Salesforce as a top-priority incident. It also keeps a field map that both teams can see, so a new picklist value in Financial Services Cloud gets added to HubSpot before the next sync rather than after the errors pile up.
The same applies to the systems beyond the two CRMs. For a bank or credit union that's usually the core and the digital banking platform. For an RIA it's the custodian feed and the portfolio system. For a lender it's the loan origination system. Ask each provider which of those links it supports, who wrote them, and who gets paged when they fail.
Salesforce's three releases a year arrive on a published schedule with sandbox previews, so a provider should test each one in a sandbox against your Flows, validation rules and installed packages before it reaches production. HubSpot updates don't follow that calendar, so the provider needs to watch HubSpot's product updates and check anything that touches the connector, forms, workflows or permissions. Ask for a written release note after each Salesforce release that also lists any HubSpot changes in the same period.
Banks and credit unions answer to examiners on third-party risk. The 2023 interagency guidance on third-party relationships from the Federal Reserve, FDIC and OCC expects institutions to oversee vendors in proportion to risk, and a CRM provider with admin rights to customer data sits in that scope. RIAs and insurers face similar questions from their own regulators and auditors.
In practice that means asking for evidence: a change log with approver names, a record of who has system administrator access in both platforms, and a documented process for changes to permissions, data exports and client-facing email.
Use these questions when you interview any provider on this list:
It's an ongoing support contract where one provider administers both Salesforce and HubSpot, plus the integration between them, for a monthly fee. It usually covers user admin, configuration changes, release testing, sync monitoring and a fixed block of consultant hours. The point is one accountable team instead of two vendors pointing at each other.
Published prices on this list range from "Basic $350 Per Month" for a two-hour CETDIGIT HubSpot plan to Vantage Point's $5,850 a month for 30 senior hours on Salesforce or multi-platform. Most firms don't publish Salesforce managed pricing at all. Compare included hours, seniority and scope rather than the headline number.
Some do, typically Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for relationship and service data and HubSpot for marketing and web lead capture. It works when one system is clearly the record for each object and someone owns the sync. If you're weighing a single platform instead, see our guide to running one partner across two platforms.
Whoever holds the managed services contract for both platforms should own them, review HubSpot's Sync Health tab on a schedule and fix the root cause on whichever side caused it. If you have two vendors, write the connector into one vendor's scope by name. Otherwise sync errors tend to sit unresolved.
Vantage Point doesn't; its support hours are US Central or Eastern European business hours with a 2-hour P1 response target. We didn't find 24/7 CRM support terms on the other firms' managed services pages, so ask each one directly. If round-the-clock coverage is a requirement, a large systems integrator may suit you better.
If you run Salesforce and HubSpot today and aren't sure who owns the sync, start with a free CRM assessment. We'll review your connector, change process and release readiness.
