The best CRM managed services firm for a wealth manager or investment firm is the one that already runs integrations like yours (custodian feeds, Orion or Addepar, eMoney, compliance archiving) and puts a senior, named lead on your account with a published response target. For Salesforce and HubSpot shops that want senior hours and published pricing, Vantage Point is a strong fit; Abstrakt Solutions, ShellBlack and Navirum are credible wealth-focused Salesforce options, Zennify and Mphasis Silverline suit larger programs, and Arcus Partners fits firms that want packaged Salesforce apps alongside support.
Disclosure: This is Vantage Point's own list, and Vantage Point is one of the firms compared. Every claim about other firms comes from their public websites as of October 2026. We've tried to be specific about who each firm suits, including when that isn't us.
Most pages that rank for this question compare CRM software: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud against Wealthbox, Redtail, Practifi, DealCloud and so on. We wrote one of those ourselves, Best CRM for Financial Advisors in 2026. This post answers the next question. Once you've picked a platform, who keeps it running, keeps the data flowing and keeps compliance comfortable after go-live?
That second decision tends to matter more over a five-year horizon. A CRM at an RIA or asset manager is mostly a data integration problem with a user interface on top. Custodian files change format, Orion and Addepar release API updates, Salesforce ships three releases a year, and your compliance team keeps adding supervision requirements. A managed services partner either absorbs that change or passes it back to you as tickets.
We'd weight four things, in this order.
Data integration depth. Ask which feeds the firm has built and supports today, by name. For wealth managers that usually means custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, BNY Pershing, LPL), a portfolio and performance system (Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond, Tamarac) and a planning tool (eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital). For asset managers it means distribution and intermediary data, such as Broadridge's sales and market analytics, plus prospect data from sources like FINTRX or Dakota. Alternatives managers add fund, commitment and capital call data, whether the CRM is Salesforce or a purpose-built tool like DealCloud, Backstop or Dynamo.
Financial services fit. A partner should know the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model well enough to explain how a joint account, a trust and a multi-generational family map to households, financial accounts and account roles. They should also know which regulations touch the CRM: FINRA Rule 3110 supervision of correspondence, FINRA Rule 4511 and SEC Rule 17a-4 books and records, the SEC Marketing Rule's advertising records, and the 2024 Regulation S-P amendments.
Platform expertise. If you run Salesforce for advisors and HubSpot for marketing, or you're moving from Redtail or Wealthbox, you want one team that can work both sides of the sync.
Support model. Look for a named lead, a written response target for outages, release management, a change control process your compliance team can audit, and pricing you can budget.

Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce and HubSpot consulting firm founded in 2018, headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. It's a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and a Salesforce partner, and it's been through 700+ engagements for 175+ clients whose firms hold more than $1.8 trillion in client assets combined. Of those clients, 79 are on managed services or retainers. Founder David Cockrum was COO of a wealth management firm before starting the company, which shows in how the team scopes custodian and compliance work.
The managed services packages are published: Essentials (30 senior hours a month) at $5,850 for Salesforce or $4,800 for HubSpot, Professional (50 hours) at $9,500 or $7,750, and Enterprise (80+ hours) quote-based for Salesforce or $12,000 for HubSpot. Every tier includes a named account lead, a 2-hour P1 response target during business hours, a monthly health check, release readiness for each Salesforce release and a quarterly roadmap review. Every change is logged, risk-rated, tested outside production and approved by your named approver before deployment. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.
On integrations, the team publishes how each feed is designed. The Orion integration treats Orion as the owner of AUM, with households matched to FSC using external IDs, and the Schwab integration raises a task when a new or unmatched account arrives. In one anonymized case, a mid-size RIA with about $2.8 billion in AUM and 45 advisors had client data in at least four disconnected systems. After a custodian feed into FSC through MuleSoft, a planning software sync and Outlook logging, advisors went from 8-10 hours a week hunting for client information to 1-2 hours.
Best for: RIAs, hybrid RIAs, multi-family offices, asset managers and private equity firms on Salesforce, HubSpot or both, who want senior consultants and pricing they can see before the first call.
Not the right fit if: you need 24/7 coverage (support runs in US Central or Eastern European business hours), you want the lowest-cost offshore admin hours, or you're a global enterprise looking for a large systems integrator.
Abstrakt Solutions is a St. Louis-based Salesforce consulting firm and a Salesforce partner since 2017. It holds Salesforce's Financial Services accreditation and is a Select Services Partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. Its wealth management page is one of the more specific in this group: Financial Services Cloud configured with household modeling, fee schedules and supervisory review queues, custodian sync and reconciliation for Schwab, Fidelity and Pershing, and a structured playbook for advisor moves and book transitions. Managed services sit beside fixed-scope projects and fractional RevOps leadership.
Best for: broker-dealers and RIAs handling recruiting, M&A or book transitions on Salesforce.
Consider alternatives if: HubSpot is part of your stack, or you want pricing before a scoping conversation.
ShellBlack has worked with wealth management firms on Salesforce since 2010, from independent RIAs to firms with more than $100 billion in AUM. It does a lot of M&A CRM conversions and migrations from Redtail, Junxure, Tamarac CRM and Microsoft Dynamics. Its ongoing support is pay-as-you-go time and materials with no long-term contract or minimum retainer, with the option of a dedicated named consultant.
Best for: wealth firms that want a Salesforce specialist with long wealth tenure and flexible, hourly support.
Consider alternatives if: you want a fixed monthly scope with release management and governance reviews written into the agreement.
Navirum is a Salesforce and AI consultancy with offices in Montreal, New York and Dublin, focused on banking, wealth and asset management, private equity and insurance. Its Orbit managed service is month to month, with Standard, Flex and Enterprise tiers, a dedicated account manager and support Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern. It names LPL, Schwab, Fidelity, Envestnet, Addepar and Croesus integrations, plus Redtail-to-FSC migrations. Navirum has also published useful guidance on Orion integrations, including setting data authority per field and keeping Orion as the single path for custodian data into Salesforce.
Best for: wealth and asset managers, including Canadian firms using Croesus, that want month-to-month terms.
Consider alternatives if: you need HubSpot support alongside Salesforce.
Zennify positions itself as a data, AI and customer experience consultancy for financial services, with Salesforce, Databricks, Twilio and nCino practices. For wealth and asset managers it offers Financial Services Cloud accelerators, a Wealth Agent built on Agentforce and an LPL Connector built on MuleSoft. Its managed services come in three pre-scoped offers with onshore, nearshore or offshore delivery.
Best for: larger wealth and asset managers, and bank or credit union wealth divisions, that want a data engineering partner as well as CRM support.
Consider alternatives if: you're a smaller RIA and the published starting point for Responsive Admin is above your budget.
Silverline, now operating as Mphasis Silverline, is a Salesforce partner with financial services as a core industry. It has an Orion Connect integration that brings household balances, cash, financial accounts and performance into Salesforce, a private equity solution covering fundraising, placement agent relationships and investor onboarding, and a wealth prospecting and onboarding accelerator on Agentforce and FSC. Its managed services page cites more than 80 managed services professionals.
Best for: larger wealth, asset management and alternatives firms that value the scale of a global IT services parent.
Consider alternatives if: you want a small, senior team or HubSpot coverage.
Arcus Partners, founded in 2016 and based in Philadelphia, builds technology and managed services for wealth managers, RIAs and broker-dealers. Its Finity360 suite of native Salesforce apps covers onboarding, document management, compliance and investor communications, and Arcus360 is its Salesforce and AWS managed service. It also runs a marketing managed service for wealth firms.
Best for: small and mid-size RIAs and broker-dealers that want packaged middle-office apps on Salesforce plus a team to run them.
Consider alternatives if: you'd rather keep your org close to standard FSC without a third-party app layer.
Ask every finalist to walk through your actual data flows. These are the ones we see most often, and what a capable partner should say about each.
Custodian feeds. Schwab, Fidelity (Wealthscape), BNY Pershing and LPL all deliver account, position and transaction data, mostly as daily files with growing API options, and access requires custodian approval. The partner should explain how unmatched accounts are handled. A good answer routes them to a person as a task and never creates households automatically.
Portfolio and performance systems. If Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond or Tamarac already aggregates custodian data, most firms read balances and performance from that system into the CRM rather than connecting custodians twice. Otherwise you get two versions of AUM. Ask who owns each shared field (address, email, beneficiary) and which direction it flows.
Financial planning. eMoney, MoneyGuide and RightCapital sync goals and plan status at the household level. Ask how plan updates show up for advisors, and whether plan documents are linked or copied.
Migrations from Redtail or Wealthbox. Notes, tasks, documents and household relationships carry compliance history. Ask how the partner preserves created dates and authors, and how it handles records that don't map cleanly to FSC households.
Asset manager and alternatives data. Wholesaler teams need intermediary sales and asset data. Broadridge launched Distribution Insights for Asset Managers on the Salesforce AppExchange in October 2024, built on Data Cloud. Private equity firms need opportunities to roll into LP commitments. In one anonymized Vantage Point engagement, a private equity firm with about $3.5 billion in AUM had investor relations staff re-keying commitments into spreadsheets; linking Opportunities to LP Commitment records now creates the commitment automatically at Closed Won.
Compliance archiving. Smarsh and Global Relay usually capture mailbox email through journaling, but email sent from inside Salesforce or HubSpot can bypass it. The Smarsh and Global Relay integration needs a BCC-to-archive address, a connector or routing through your mail servers. Under FINRA Rule 3110, correspondence review must be documented by a registered principal, and FINRA Rule 4511 requires records to be kept in a format that complies with SEC Rule 17a-4.
Your partner isn't your compliance department, but they configure systems your examiners will look at.
Use these questions in your next vendor call:
It's an ongoing agreement where an outside team runs your CRM after go-live: user admin, enhancements, release testing, integration monitoring and roadmap planning. For investment firms it also covers the custodian, portfolio and archiving connections that break when a vendor changes something. It replaces or supplements an in-house Salesforce or HubSpot admin.
It depends on your platform and size. Vantage Point fits Salesforce and HubSpot firms that want senior hours and published pricing; Abstrakt Solutions, ShellBlack and Navirum are wealth-focused Salesforce specialists; Zennify and Mphasis Silverline suit larger programs; and Arcus Partners suits firms that want packaged Salesforce apps. Shortlist the firms that already support your custodians and portfolio system.
Published prices vary widely. Vantage Point's managed services start at $4,800 a month for HubSpot and $5,850 for Salesforce on a 12-month term, and Zennify's Responsive Admin starts at $32,000 with a 6-month minimum. ShellBlack bills hourly with no minimum, and the others quote per engagement.
If your portfolio system already aggregates custodian data, read it from there. Connecting custodians directly as well usually creates two versions of balances and AUM. Direct custodian feeds make more sense when there's no portfolio system, or for onboarding signals like new account notifications.
If it has access to customer information, generally yes. The 2024 amendments require written policies for overseeing service providers, including due diligence and monitoring, and providers must notify you within 72 hours of a breach. Confirm the details with your compliance counsel.
Some can. Many investment firms run Salesforce for advisors or wholesalers and HubSpot for marketing, and the sync between them is a common source of errors. Of the firms on this list, Vantage Point is the one whose published managed services cover both platforms.
