Shielah joined Bailard in 2023. In her role as Facilities Operations Manager, her duties include supporting Bailard’s executives, program management, and office management. Prior to Bailard, Shielah served as an Executive Assistant and Events Specialist with an engineering firm for two years, and a Sales, Events and Operations Manager for 15 years for a transportation company. She earned a BS in Commerce, with a major in accounting, from the University of Santo Tomas. Outside of work, Shielah enjoys traveling and cooking, playing video games, and spending time with her family.
