The Vantage Advantage

Vantage Point Joins the Braze Alloys Partner Network

Vantage Point is now a member of the Braze Alloys partner network. We implement Braze, the customer engagement platform, and connect it to Salesforce and HubSpot for financial services, insurance, and other regulated industries.

Why Braze, and why now

More of our clients run customer engagement in one platform and keep the customer record in another. When those systems don't share data, marketing sends messages that sales and service can't see, consent drifts between systems, and personalization runs on partial information. Joining the Braze Alloys partner network lets us take on the full picture: the CRM, the engagement platform, and the data and consent rules that connect them.

What we help with

  • Braze implementation and onboarding: workspaces, SDKs, data models, subscription groups, and permissions.
  • Braze + Salesforce integration: contacts, accounts, consent, and engagement shared with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Braze + HubSpot and data warehouse connections: through Cloud Data Ingestion, Currents, and APIs.
  • Migration to Braze: journeys, templates, audiences, and consent history moved from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
  • Consent and compliance controls: TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and supervision rules mapped to Braze before anything goes live.
  • Journeys and managed services: Canvas journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app, and Content Cards, with ongoing support.

Braze or Marketing Cloud?

Many firms we work with are weighing Braze against Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or running both. Because we implement both platforms, we can help you decide on fit rather than preference. Our Braze vs. Salesforce Marketing Cloud guide covers the main trade-offs.
