Record Association Builder is the new name for the powerful association engine that lets you create relationships between records and branch units in response to record creation and update events. Record Association Builder now supports more Financial Services Cloud objects and custom objects. You can customize which user or contact ID field to use for associations, and even program custom logic for creating association records. All of the previous Branch Management (beta) functionality to associate records with branches can now be handled using Record Association Builder.Intelligent Document Automation
