  • Financial Deal Management
Relate multiple financial deals to a single interaction or interaction summary using the enhanced Financial Deal data model. Improve a deal team’s success rate by using action plans and paths with financial deals.

  • Interaction Summaries
Now your users can find interactions faster and at one place using the new options on the Interaction Summaries component. Your users can sort interaction summaries, preview attendees and open activities, and do more without navigating away from the component.

  • More Flexible Performance Tracking with Record Association Builder
Record Association Builder is the new name for the powerful association engine that lets you create relationships between records and branch units in response to record creation and update events. Record Association Builder now supports more Financial Services Cloud objects and custom objects. You can customize which user or contact ID field to use for associations, and even program custom logic for creating association records. All of the previous Branch Management (beta) functionality to associate records with branches can now be handled using Record Association Builder.

  • Intelligent Document Automation
The Intelligent Document Automation Consent and Disclosures feature now supports multiparty authorization requests. Send requests to multiple parties, gather their responses, and automatically evaluate whether consent is reached.

  • Insurance for Financial Services Cloud
The new Insurance Claims and Policy Analytics app gives you actionable insights to manage your claims and policies better.

  • Other Financial Services Cloud Changes
Do more with other Financial Services Cloud enhancements.

  • New and Changed Financial Services Cloud Object Fields
Do more with new and updated Financial Services Cloud objects.
