Role at Vantage Point
Tierney is a passionate Human Resources leader who specializes in Recruitment and Human Resource Management. She's responsible for sourcing new talent and screening applications while working with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. She focuses on new hire onboarding, benefits management, and employee relations and engagement.
Background and Experience
Before joining Vantage Point Consulting, Tierney managed the Human Resources and recruiting functions at a mid-sized company, championing new recruiting methods and overseeing the launch of several new tools. Her expertise ranges across the Human Resources gamut including compensation, talent acquisition, system development, onboarding, and employee relations.
Tierney earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Tierney lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and supports Michigan Athletics (Go Blue!). She enjoys spending her free time with family, traveling, and completing DIY projects around her house.
