Best CRM Managed Service Providers for Credit Unions

Written by David Cockrum | Oct 10, 2026, 3:12:14 PM

The CRM managed service providers credit unions shortlist most often fall into two groups: Salesforce partners with banking and credit union practices (Zennify, Mphasis Silverline, Atrium, Fortimize and Vantage Point) and HubSpot partners built for credit unions (Nook, a HubSpot CUSO, and Mole Street). The right pick depends on your CRM platform, your core (Symitar, KeyStone, DNA or CU*BASE), and whether you need a monthly admin team, a senior advisor, or both under one contract with documented change control.

Disclosure: this is Vantage Point's own list, and Vantage Point is one of the firms compared. We've stuck to what each provider publishes about itself. Where a provider doesn't publish something, we say so.

What CRM managed services do US credit unions typically hire?

Most credit unions hire a managed service provider after go-live, once the implementation partner has left and a one- or two-person CRM team is holding the platform together. The work they hand off is fairly consistent:

  • Admin and backlog work: user setup, permission changes, page layouts, reports and dashboards, and the queue of small requests from branches, lending and the contact center.
  • Release management: testing and preparing for Salesforce's three major releases a year, or HubSpot's continuous changes.
  • Core and ancillary integration upkeep: monitoring the sync between the CRM and the core, digital banking, loan origination and card platforms, and fixing it when a field mapping breaks.
  • Marketing operations: member journeys, consent handling and segmentation.
  • Data quality: deduplication of members and households, and cleanup after a merger or core conversion.
  • Governance: a change log, a roadmap, and evidence your examiners and internal audit can review.

If you're still deciding which support model fits (retainer, block of hours, or full managed service) and how responsibility for compliance splits between you and a provider, start with our guide Credit Union CRM Managed Services in 2026. This post assumes you've made that call and are comparing providers.

How we chose the providers on this list

We included firms that publicly offer ongoing CRM support or managed services and publish specific evidence of credit union work: a credit union industry page, a named credit union case study, or a credit union core integration. We dropped firms whose credit union claims we couldn't source, and software vendors or web agencies that appear on other lists.

This post is about ongoing support. If you're earlier in the process and need help choosing a platform and sequencing a multi-year plan, see our comparison of CRM roadmap consulting firms for credit unions.

The providers, compared

Zennify

Zennify positions itself as a data, AI and customer experience consultancy for financial services, with practices in banking, credit unions, wealth and insurance. Its credit union page names a Jack Henry Symitar Connector built on MuleSoft and an FSC RapidRollout accelerator, and it publishes a Solarity Credit Union case study (150+ hours saved on service cases in six months, nine systems integrated). Its managed services come in three shapes: Responsive admin for post-go-live backlog and configuration work (6-month minimum, from $32,000), Expert in the Room for senior advisory and governance (3-month minimum), and Program services for multi-stream delivery, each with onshore, nearshore or offshore staffing options.

Best for: Salesforce credit unions running Symitar, or banks running nCino, that want one firm across Salesforce, MuleSoft, nCino and Databricks.
Not the right fit if: you're on HubSpot, or you want published response-time commitments before you talk to sales (the managed services page doesn't list SLAs).

Mphasis Silverline

Silverline is a New York-based Salesforce partner acquired by Mphasis for $132 million. Its credit union page focuses on a 360-degree member view, process automation and integration with core and ancillary systems, and the company lists managed services alongside advisory and implementation.

Best for: larger credit unions and banks on Salesforce that want a partner with global delivery capacity behind it.
Not the right fit if: you need a provider that names your core and shows a credit union managed services program in detail before the first call.

Atrium

Atrium, headquartered in Bozeman, Montana with an office in Jaipur, India, offers Salesforce managed services on a long-term, capacity-based agreement at a blended rate, with Tableau, Snowflake and data science skills on the bench. Its credit union page describes CRM Analytics dashboards built for Teachers Federal Credit Union ($8B+ in assets, 375,000+ members) covering deposit pipeline, referral conversion and branch activity.

Best for: credit unions that want analytics and data science in the same monthly capacity as Salesforce admin.
Not the right fit if: core integration support is your main need, since Atrium's credit union page doesn't describe core work.

Fortimize

Fortimize says it has worked on Salesforce for financial services since 2012 and names banks and credit unions as target markets. It publishes a Symitar-to-Salesforce accelerator that brings checking, savings, loan and card data into a single member view, with a stated 12-week go-live, plus a case study on a credit union's Jack Henry to Salesforce integration via MuleSoft. Ongoing work is available through managed services and On-Demand Support Packs, which start at $5,875.

Best for: Symitar credit unions on Salesforce that want a prepaid support option before committing to a monthly contract.
Not the right fit if: you're on HubSpot, or you want a managed service with published tiers and response targets.

Nook

Nook is a credit union service organization (CUSO) and Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Wayzata, Minnesota. It builds credit-union-specific HubSpot implementations and offers a proprietary Data Connector that syncs core and ancillary data into HubSpot, and in 2026 it opened ownership to more credit unions. In September 2026 Wasatch Peaks Credit Union hired it to stabilize marketing operations, improve data quality and rework CRM architecture in phases, and Cinfed Credit Union engaged it for data integration and CRM architecture reconfiguration.

Best for: credit unions on HubSpot that like the CUSO model and want a partner that works only in their industry.
Not the right fit if: you're on Salesforce, or you need published managed service tiers (Nook's materials describe consulting and optimization but don't detail a managed service program).

Mole Street

Mole Street is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner with offices in Reston, Virginia, Philadelphia and West Chester, Pennsylvania, and Coral Springs, Florida. It lists credit unions as an industry, publishes a case study with PSECU, and in February 2025 announced a partnership with Datava, a data activation platform built for credit unions, to help Datava clients with implementation, training and process change. Its services include custom integrations, data migrations and HubSpot managed services.

Best for: credit unions that run member marketing and web on HubSpot and want one partner for CRM, website and campaigns.
Not the right fit if: you need Salesforce support or documented experience with your specific core.

Vantage Point

Vantage Point is a senior-led Salesforce, HubSpot and MuleSoft consulting firm founded in 2018, employee-owned, headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. The firm has completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients with more than $1.8 trillion in client assets, holds a 4.7/5 AppExchange rating from 19 reviews, and is a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner. Seventy-nine clients are on managed services or retainers today. Our banking and credit union page describes a $2B community bank where senior-led data cleanup, integration fixes and ongoing managed services took data errors from more than 50,000 to 120, along with client profiles that include a credit union league and a community savings and loan association.

Managed services are published, billed monthly on a 12-month term, licences not included: Essentials (30 senior hours, $5,850 Salesforce or multi-platform, $4,800 HubSpot), Professional (50 hours, $9,500 Salesforce, $7,750 HubSpot) and Enterprise (80+ hours, quote-based for Salesforce, $12,000 HubSpot). Overage is $225 an hour for Salesforce and $175 for HubSpot, approved in advance. Every tier includes a named account lead, a 2-hour P1 response target during business hours with P1s worked the same day, a monthly health check, release readiness for each Salesforce release, a quarterly roadmap and governance review, user admin, documentation, and monitoring of AI agents we built. Every change is logged, risk-rated, built and tested outside production, approved by your named approver (compliance or infosec for anything touching member data, permissions or member communications), then deployed and recorded. We configure the controls and your compliance team approves them.

Best for: credit unions and community banks that run Salesforce and HubSpot side by side, or expect to, and want senior consultants plus written change control under one contract.
Not the right fit if: you need 24/7 coverage (our hours are US Central or Eastern European business hours), you want the lowest-cost offshore admin hours, or you're a large institution that wants a global systems integrator. Our public client profiles also lean toward community banks more than credit unions, so ask us for credit union references specific to your core.

Other options worth knowing about

Some credit unions get support from the CRM software vendor or from a core-side integration specialist instead of a consulting partner. CRMNEXT, a CRM built for banks and credit unions, joined Symitar's Vendor Integration Program in 2019 to connect with Episys through SymXchange. On Corelation's partner list, Cinchy's MemberConnect connects a KeyStone core to a CRM in near real time. You'll usually still need someone to run admin, releases and governance on the CRM itself.

How does your core system change what you need?

Your core decides how much integration work a managed service provider will carry each month.

  • Symitar (Jack Henry): the most common core among the providers above. Symitar exposes core data to outside vendors through SymXchange, and both Zennify and Fortimize publish Symitar-to-Salesforce accelerators. Ask who owns the integration when Jack Henry releases change.
  • Corelation KeyStone: fewer CRM partners publish KeyStone work, so expect to test this in references. Integration may run through a middleware partner such as Cinchy.
  • Fiserv DNA and CU*Answers CU*BASE: none of the providers above publish a named accelerator for these cores. Ask for a live example of MuleSoft or custom API work.

Whatever the core, ask the provider to put integration monitoring, error alerting and field mapping changes in the contract scope. "Unnamed integrations" are a common exclusion, ours included.

How should banks choose a CRM managed services provider?

Community banks follow the same process with a different rulebook. Banks supervised by the FDIC, OCC or Federal Reserve work under the June 2023 Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships (SR 23-4), which expects due diligence, contract terms and ongoing monitoring scaled to the risk of the relationship. Credit unions have long worked from NCUA Letter 07-CU-13 on evaluating third-party relationships. A CRM provider with admin access to member or customer data belongs in that program either way. Our complete guide to CRM managed services for banks covers the bank side in depth.

The practical difference for banks is commercial lending. It often runs on nCino (where Zennify publishes accelerators), and commercial relationship teams usually need more Salesforce customization than a credit union's retail-heavy model. Ask for bank references, not just credit union ones.

Buyer checklist for credit unions and community banks

  1. Which of our core, digital banking and loan origination systems have you integrated with a CRM in the last two years, and can we speak to that client?
  2. Who approves a change that touches member data, permissions or member communications, and where is that approval recorded?
  3. What's your P1 response target, in which time zone, and what happens outside business hours?
  4. How do you prepare for each Salesforce release or HubSpot product change, and what do we see before it reaches production?
  5. Which work is excluded (custom code, unnamed integrations, data cleansing, licences), and how is overage approved?
  6. Who is our named lead, and who covers when they're out?
  7. What evidence do you hand over for an NCUA or bank exam, or for internal audit?
  8. If we merge with another credit union, how do you handle member deduplication and a second core?
  9. What does offboarding look like: documentation, admin credentials and a handover plan?

Frequently asked questions

What does a CRM managed services provider do for a credit union?

A managed services provider runs the CRM after go-live. That usually covers user admin, backlog requests, release testing, integration monitoring with the core, data quality, and a quarterly roadmap review. The provider works to a monthly hour allocation and a defined response target.

How much do CRM managed services cost for a credit union?

Most providers don't publish pricing. Vantage Point lists 30 to 50 senior hours a month at $4,800 to $9,500 depending on platform, Zennify's Responsive admin starts at $32,000 with a 6-month minimum, and Fortimize's On-Demand Support Packs start at $5,875. Licences are extra in every case.

Should a credit union pick a CUSO or a consulting firm for CRM support?

A CUSO such as Nook works only with credit unions and may offer ownership to its clients, which some boards value. A consulting firm usually brings a broader bench, more platforms and experience from banks and wealth firms. Compare both on core integration references and change control, not on the ownership model alone.

Is Salesforce or HubSpot more common at credit unions?

Both are used. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud tends to appear at larger credit unions with lending and service teams, and HubSpot is common where member marketing and digital engagement lead. The providers on this list split along that line, with Vantage Point supporting both.

Do CRM managed service providers offer 24/7 support?

Most senior-led providers work business hours with a defined P1 process. Vantage Point does not offer 24/7 coverage. If your contact center runs on the CRM around the clock, confirm after-hours escalation in writing before you sign.

Can a managed services provider fix a CRM another firm implemented?

Yes, and it's common. Expect an initial assessment of permissions, automation, data quality and integration health before the monthly work starts.
