The best HubSpot implementation partner for a CPA or advisory firm is one that has built HubSpot for accounting firms before, understands the confidentiality and consent rules around client and tax data, and can connect HubSpot to the practice management tools your staff already use. Based on public, verifiable information, seven HubSpot Solutions Partners stand out for this work: Vantage Point, Mole Street, Inovautus, Sidekick Strategies, Clevyr, Cargas and Hinge. They differ most on compliance fit, integration depth and how much pricing they publish.
Disclosure: Vantage Point wrote this list and is one of the firms compared. We've tried to be fair: every competitor fact below comes from that firm's own website or its HubSpot Solutions Directory profile, checked in October 2026, and we list where we're not the right fit.
We looked at five things a managing partner or COO at a CPA firm should care about:
| Partner | HubSpot tier | Accounting or advisory focus | Compliance fit | Implementation depth | Pricing transparency |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vantage Point | Gold | Professional services page covering CPA and advisory firms; wealth management practice | Financial services and regulated industries focus, including RIA practices | Multi-hub builds, migrations, integrations, Salesforce option | Published fixed-scope packages and managed services |
| Mole Street | Elite | Dedicated accounting and advisory firms page with CPA case studies | Not published | Custom integrations, migrations, portals, practice management integration | Not published |
| Inovautus | Gold | States it serves CPA and finance firms exclusively | Not published | CRM setup, data migration, workflows, training, portal audits | Not published |
| Sidekick Strategies | Platinum | Names accounting and financial services firms as a core focus | Not published | Implementation, migration, RevOps and integration, training | Some training prices published |
| Clevyr | Platinum | Accounting industry page (formerly BridgeRev) | Not published | RevOps, custom API integrations, websites | Not published |
| Cargas | Diamond | Published HubSpot case study with a CPA firm; also sells accounting software | Not published | Sales and Marketing Hub rollouts with event and webinar integrations | Not published |
| Hinge | Solutions Partner (tier not shown in directory profile) | Marketing and branding for accounting and advisory firms | Not published | Strategy, branding, websites; HubSpot implementation scope not described on its accounting page | Not published |
"Not published" means we couldn't find it on the partner's public pages. It doesn't mean the partner lacks it. Ask.
Vantage Point is a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and Salesforce partner founded in 2018, headquartered in Dallas with a practice in Sofia, Bulgaria. The firm is employee-owned and has completed 700+ engagements for 175+ clients, whose firms hold more than $1.8 trillion in combined client assets. Our founder, David Cockrum, was COO of a wealth management firm before starting Vantage Point, so much of our work sits where accounting, tax and wealth advice meet.
Our professional services practice covers CPA and advisory firms, and we publish anonymized client profiles such as an accounting and tax advisory firm. We publish HubSpot implementation packages with fixed scope, price and timeline, and HubSpot managed services for after launch.
Mole Street is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner (confirmed in the HubSpot Solutions Directory) that publishes a dedicated page for accounting and advisory firms. The page positions HubSpot as a unified system of record for accounting firms and covers custom integrations, data migrations, website replatforming, customer portal design, consulting programs and managed services. Its case studies include Sax LLP, where it migrated 2,500+ contacts and unified 3+ systems, and HBK, where HubSpot was integrated with the firm's practice management platform.
Inovautus is a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner whose directory profile says it is "exclusively focused on serving the needs of CPA and finance firms." Based in Boulder, Colorado, it describes nearly two decades in accounting firm marketing and business development. Its HubSpot consulting covers CRM setup, data cleanup and migration, workflows and lead scoring, staff training and portal audits. It also offers work to load a firm's service lines and ideal clients into the portal so HubSpot's AI tools reflect how the firm operates.
Sidekick Strategies is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. Its directory profile says "accounting and financial services firms, SaaS, and multi-brand operators are where we do our best work," and its founder, George B. Thomas, writes that the firm has worked with dozens of accounting firms on HubSpot. Services include HubSpot training, CRM and hub implementations, migrations, RevOps and integration work, portal audits, HubSpot CMS websites and content support. It publishes a price for at least one training workshop.
Clevyr is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner in Oklahoma City. Its accounting industry page, which carries over from the former BridgeRev brand, offers RevOps strategy, portal audits, data cleanup, HubSpot setup and automation, website builds and custom API integrations, citing connections to systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
Cargas is a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It's employee-owned, was founded in 1988, and also sells accounting and ERP software, including Sage Intacct. Cargas published a case study on its HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation for McKonly & Asbury, a CPA firm, including integrations with Cvent and GoToWebinar.
Hinge is a HubSpot Solutions Partner in Arlington, Virginia, focused on research-based marketing and branding for professional services firms. Its accounting and finance page says it has worked with over a hundred accounting and financial services firms, and offers positioning research, branding, websites, thought leadership programs and digital marketing.
The HubSpot Solutions Directory lets you filter by industry and country. Filtering to the Consulting/Advisory industry and the United States returned about 390 partners when we checked. That's too many to call, so narrow it: sort by tier, then open each profile and look for a published accounting page, CPA case studies, and a named practice management integration. Filtering by Finance & Insurance or Banking/Financial Services is also useful if your firm has a wealth or RIA arm.
A generic sales pipeline won't fit a CPA firm. A good implementation plan covers these pieces.
Service-line pipelines. Separate pipelines or deal types for tax, audit and assurance, client accounting services (CAS) and advisory work, because each has different stages, owners and fee structures. Recurring CAS and advisory engagements should be tracked against renewal dates.
Engagement letter handoff. When a deal closes, the engagement letter or proposal should move from HubSpot to your proposal tool (Ignition, Anchor or a document tool like PandaDoc) and the signed result should come back to the deal. Ignition and Anchor connect to HubSpot through Zapier. Plan the trigger points so nobody re-keys client data.
Section 7216 consent tracking. If anyone wants to use tax return information to market other services, such as wealth management through an affiliated RIA, IRS rules generally require a signed taxpayer consent in a specific form first. Store consent status, date and scope as HubSpot properties, and build lists and workflows that exclude anyone without valid consent.
Confidentiality and access. The AICPA confidential client information rule and the FTC Safeguards Rule (which treats tax preparers as financial institutions under GLBA) both push you toward least-privilege access. Use HubSpot permission sets, field-level restrictions where your subscription supports them, and keep tax return data out of the CRM unless there's a clear reason for it to be there.
Marketing rules for advisory arms. If the firm has an RIA, marketing emails and landing pages may be advertisements under the SEC Marketing Rule, with recordkeeping requirements. If there's a broker-dealer, FINRA communications rules apply. Decide which content needs compliance review before it's sent, and confirm how your archiving vendor captures HubSpot email. Circular 230 also limits misleading solicitation by tax practitioners.
Tax-season capacity. Use workflows and reporting to throttle new work intake from February to April, route requests to partners with capacity, and push advisory follow-ups to May.
Referral sources. Bankers, attorneys and wealth advisors send a lot of CPA work. Track them as contacts or companies with their own source property so partners can see which relationships produce engagements.
Practice management and accounting sync. Karbon offers a HubSpot integration that syncs companies and contacts, with lifecycle stage filters and custom field mapping. TaxDome, Ignition and Anchor connect through Zapier. QuickBooks has HubSpot marketplace options. CCH Axcess and Canopy generally need middleware or custom API work, so ask any partner to show you a working example. For advisory arms, Redtail has a data sync app in the HubSpot Marketplace, and Orion and custodian data usually need custom integration.
Our own professional services page notes that HubSpot implementations for professional services firms typically take 4 to 8 weeks. As one data point, Vantage Point's published HubSpot packages are:
| Package | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Hub Foundation (up to 15 reps) | $7,500 | 3 to 4 weeks |
| Marketing Hub Foundation (up to 3 marketers) | $7,500 | 3 to 4 weeks |
| Sales Hub Growth (15 to 40 reps) | $14,500 | 6 to 8 weeks |
| Marketing Hub Growth (3 to 8 marketers) | $16,500 | 6 to 8 weeks |
| Customer Platform Bundle Foundation | From $18,000 | 6 to 8 weeks |
| HubSpot Portal Audit | $3,500 | 2 weeks |
HubSpot licenses are separate. After launch, our HubSpot managed services run Essentials (30 hours, $4,800/month), Professional (50 hours, $7,750/month) and Enterprise (80+ hours, $12,000/month) on a 12-month term, with a two business hour response target for P1 issues. We don't offer 24/7 support. Retainers and prepaid hour blocks are also available.
It depends on what you need most. Firms with an RIA arm or regulated clients should favor a partner with financial services compliance experience, such as Vantage Point. Firms that want an accounting-only marketing partner can look at Inovautus, and larger firms needing many integrations can look at Mole Street.
Published prices are rare. Vantage Point's single-hub Foundation packages are $7,500, Growth packages run $14,500 to $16,500, and a three-hub bundle starts at $18,000, with HubSpot licenses billed separately. Larger or heavily integrated projects are usually quoted.
Most professional services implementations take 4 to 8 weeks. A single-hub setup can take 3 to 4 weeks, while multi-hub projects with migrations and custom integrations can take 10 weeks or more.
Karbon has a HubSpot integration that syncs companies and contacts. TaxDome connects through Zapier. CCH Axcess doesn't have a widely documented HubSpot connector, so plan for middleware or custom API work and ask your partner for a working example.
Only with care. Using tax return information to market non-tax services generally requires a signed Section 7216 consent first, and if an affiliated RIA is involved, its marketing falls under the SEC Marketing Rule. Track consent in HubSpot and talk to your compliance counsel. This article isn't legal advice.
HubSpot is usually the faster path for growing CPA firms and marketing-led practices. Salesforce tends to fit multi-office firms with complex engagements, deeper wealth management needs or heavy custom data. Our Salesforce vs HubSpot comparison goes through the tradeoffs.
HubSpot's tiers (Partner, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) mostly reflect how much HubSpot business a partner manages and its customer results. A higher tier signals HubSpot experience, but not accounting experience, so check for CPA case studies too.
