One of the fastest-growing full-service real estate platforms realized to meet their business growth objectives, they needed to consolidate their systems to provide a full view of their lending, sales, and service operations. However, their current system lacked integration with other business operations and could not provide enough data to make strategic business decisions. The organization asked Vantage Point to help them implement Sales Cloud, a Salesforce solution that would enable them to achieve their business goals and objectives. Challenge

The client required a seamless lead-to-loan integration that would allow them to convert leads to actionable loans without the redundancy of repetitive keystrokes. The client additionally sought to bring together various technology solutions on their Salesforce platform to optimize their remote-working Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs).

At the onset, Vantage Point identified critical areas where business processes could be streamlined and made more efficient. The client used several different tools to manage their business, many of which were incompatible with another, resulting in unnecessary operational overhead. The client's current systems did not include Salesforce automation or a centralized CRM, making data-driven decisions more challenging to incomplete due to the lack of sources that could provide a single point of truth.


Vantage Point Solution

With over 150+ years of combined industry expertise, the client engaged Vantage Point to implement and improve their software infrastructure. We implemented strategic solutions for the client that achieved their goals to reduce redundancies while optimizing and streamlining the lead and referral processes. We were able to do this by selecting Salesforce as a "core" client and partner engagement platform, allowing the client's MLOs to boost loan origination efforts and serve more clients. Vantage Point provided the client with a streamlined and more efficient way to set up loan terms with their loan origination system, Encompass. Vantage Point's customized Salesforce and Encompass integration provided a single source of truth, allowing sales, operations, and client service team members to strategize and coordinate across the client's life cycle.

The efforts of the integration have proven successful. The client can now automate the routing and assigning leads to different teams using an innovative lead scoring process. Using the pipeline management tools, Vantage Point implemented, the client now has accurate reporting, allowing them to forecast and track their business accurately. The client now has a single platform to support the growth and scalability of their company.
