This year's Dreamforce focused on the concept of being a Trusted Enterprise. You must care about your clients in order to gain their trust. This is accomplished through paying attention to them and hearing their concerns. Competitors may always catch up in terms of product innovation, but trust is earned over time by listening to clients and placing them at the center of all decisions. Customers will not do business with a company they do not trust.

Digital-First is the Future of Work

With the majority of workers working from home for the past 1.5 years, the focus has shifted to how to maintain a strong organization, culture, and product when employees are unable to convene in one place. Slack, the new Digital HQ, in collaboration with Salesforce, the leading CRM platform, allows businesses to link their employees, customers, partners, and systems in a single digital source of truth.

A Sustainable Future should be Prioritized by every Company

Salesforce stated this week that it has achieved Net Zero emissions and 100% renewable energy across its entire value chain, with carbon offsets purchased when this was not possible. Slack-First Sustainability for improved cooperation with suppliers, a carbon-offset ecosystem, and industry-specific climate action plans are among the latest innovations added to the company's Sustainability Cloud service.
