• Intelligent Risk Management

This feature transforms the customer's contract review experience. Now, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning incorporated into the Risk Management can help the Contract Review process by reducing it to 30-60% from 80% resulting in significant cost saving for the customers. This allows the legal team to define risk identification rules and guidance to mitigate the risk.

• Online Contract Collaboration

OCC is now integrated with Conga Approvals. Based on organization rules defined in the rule engine, and supporting approval hierarchy, where we can trigger automated routing to the right approvers at the right time giving a seamless user experience to review the clause, review approvers all in one single UI.

• Smart Search

The personalization of the search results, accordion view for the grid in order to display the search result in a group was made available by this feature. This search attempts to find the nearest queries to the search query and presents the results. The past searches are also presented to the user for selection by the type-ahead searches.

Conga Contracts

• New Contract Profile UI

New wizards are now available on the Contract page for Document Creation. Configurable Page Layout like adapting and modifying what’s on the page for your personal liking.

• Conga Sign

Enhancements were made in:

• Contract execution phase

• Audit Trail for viewing detailed transaction information

• Expire Transactions to set the date and time for transaction expiration and reminders if desired.

• REST API Enhancements

A lot of capabilities for integrations with third party systems, broadening Conga’s open API, making integrations even more powerful and accessible to the integrator. Also allows the record updates partially on Company, Contract, Project and other custom objects.

Conga Contracts for Salesforce

• Customer Commitments & Bug Fixes

A cleanup was made to Conga Library integration items and a new handler has been implemented for synchronizing multiple objects and managing sync code.

• Testing Automation

Saves Conga with an estimated 320 of working time a year by giving more time to build features for customers and prospects.

• Automate with Salesforce Flow

To customize and speed up the contracting process, Salesforce can be used.

• Pricing

Faster Renewals, Change, and Terminate: This feature benefits and improves the overall performance of the system significantly to the customers who are using it for the subscription or services capabilities/proposals. There are approximately 5-10 times performance improvements on pricing.

• Quoting

Quick Quoting: The catalog can be launched directly from Account and opportunity without creating the quote header. This feature saves time and improves efficiency, performance, and usability. This would result in more benefit to the high-volume business.

• Asset Based Ordering/Subscription Management

This feature was made available for renewal management in a multi-year deal.

• Digital Commerce

Based on price list support, this can automatically derive the country, regional, partner-specific pricelists from the master price list.

Conga CPQ

• Quoting

This has a Quick Quoting feature available to create from an opportunity. It has an improved UX for all the CPQ actions like finalizing the quote, cloning and creating the agreements and orders from the quote, finally creating orders from the agreement. The new APIs have been introduced to monitor the progress of CPQ actions as well as for service CPQ actions for creating related and splitting lines. The ability to suppress system-generated mail after finalizing and pricing the actions and hide the line-item menu items on the cart is made possible by this feature.

The turbo pricing to support for enhancing the renewal, change and terminate operations.

• Assets Based Ordering

Several APIs for both Suspension and Resumption of the assets are implemented. The redirection was made possible upon finalizing the cart with the terminated asset.

• Turbo Data

The UX enhancements within the data sync for the Run details screen which has both the view status and object wise count along with Criteria-based data sync are made available.

Document Based Automation

Conga Composer

• Advanced Data Gathering (JSON)

Can generate documents that are completer and more compelling using more data from more places. Data that is in salesforce industries can be merged into documents with Conga Composer.

• Output File size increase

Documents that are image-heavy such as Generate Product catalogs and Asset Catalogs can be generated. The Document output size limit has been increased from 40MB to 50 MB in the Composer Business Edition. For Enterprise edition, it has been increased to 250MB.

• Batch consolidated record amount increase for Download

This allows managing the batch jobs better with increased consolidated batch documents from 200 to 500. Raise a support ticket in the Conga community to have this enabled.

 Conga Collaborate

• Global Content Search

This is a new search functionality within the content repository for Collaborate which makes finding the content that a user needs to keep in Collaborate is easier and efficient. It makes use of global keyword searches across all content types.

Conga Orchestrate

• Run a Conga Approvals Process within Full Workflows

The Conga Orchestrate can be used to run full and end-to-end Conga Approval flows within Contracts in Salesforce.

• Customize Colors in Process Visualizer

Conga has a preset of color-code steps provided to the user within the Process Visualizer for better organizing, segmenting, and viewing the workflows in Contracts for Salesforce.

• Salesforce Flow Integration

This feature allows the Salesforce flows to be integrated with the Orchestrate Workflows. This allows both the Salesforce Flows and Orchestrate to work together side-by-side.

Conga Grid

• Configure Orchestrate Clause Steps within Grid

The Conga Gris is easy to manage the UI in order to configure the Orchestrates clause steps within Contracts for Salesforce. This is used to make the setup and configure the Clause Management in a simpler way.

Conga Sign

• Upload Signature image

A faster and more professional-looking signature used by many of the industries can now be uploaded as images to better make use of their personalized signatures or initials.

• Upload Signature Stamp/Seal

A lot of countries upload stamps or seals in addition to the signatures in the signing process. So, the Signers can now upload an image to be used as their stamp signature using this feature. This allows Conga to be a globally accessible product with a greater level of adoption around the world.
